ibis Styles Dubai Deira

it’s very calming because the property is still fairly new about a month in since opening and not a lot of guests yet. The sports bar is great ! with the discount offer it doesn’t hit the budget much.

first time trying this new Ibis properly there were some delays checking due to a system error after about 20-30 mins they were able to fix the key card.

Cleanliness in the room, helpful and friendly personnel. The rooms was quite spacious. Very close to Gold Souq metro station (in a walking distance).

On the first day of my stay I dropped few drops of tea (bag) on the floor (bathroom). The person that was cleaning the room apparently did not clean the floor in the bathroom. What I noticed - probably she/he only made the bed. Maybe more but that was difficult to track down. Breakfast is quite expensive (79 AED) and not too much variety.

great stay hotel. the location is good and the hotel is clean. the bed is comfortable and toilet is clean.

we got a room facing the main road and there aren't much of soundproof windows and we could hear cars passing by. maybe one can request back-facing rooms to avoid such a situation. i usually prefer a quiet room.

I stayed for a couple of nights at IBIS Styles hotel, Deira. Construction quality of the hotel is of rather high standards. Rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped and the bed mattress very comfortable. Decoration is really impressive. The location of the hotel is really good, rather close to metro and the area is brand new with good restaurants and cafes, mini markets, etc in short distance. Overall is a very good choice for staying in a lively neighbourhood.

a) The hotel only provides 2 small bottles of water each day in the room (size of 1 glass of water each one). They don't tell you that if you ask for a refill you will be charged and no pricelist is in the room for the extras. b) Cleanliness could be improved, especially deep cleaning of carpets that are stained. c) Customer service could be more timely, synchronised and attentive. Staff does not seem very organised. This hotel could achieve a 9+ review rating if the above aspects were corrected and the management paid attention to customer service and tried to achieve excellence. It is a pity that such a hotel fall in below 8.5 review score! It deserves more with proper management.

I had the pleasure of staying at the ibis Styles Dubai Deira from February 22 to 27, 2024. My stay was in a single room with twin beds, which was small but offered an extraordinary view. The hotel was impressively clean, with regular room service that ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a choice of international cuisine. The service was exceptional, especially from Mousumi and Miss Anne, who always served with a smile. The hotel also offers room dining service, which adds to the convenience. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop pool and bar. It was an amazing place to relax, with stunning night views of the creek and the planes landing at DXB airport. The hotel's location in the Gold Souk is a bonus for those interested in shopping. While the amenities were somewhat limited in my opinion, the overall experience was fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great location, and good value for money.

There's nothing in this hotel that I didn't like.

Room and bathroom are not large as sometimes, but very pretty and nicely decorated, with extremely modern equipments. Desk, security people and room services are perfect. Very clean and confortable. Beautiful swimming pool with wonderful view and nice attendants. Optimum wifi. The location is at the limit of Deira, in a new area near corniche. It's not as busy as in center Deira but it is very quiete and only 5 mn walk from gold souk métro station, and 8 mn walk from Sabska bus station.

Many efforts are made for ecology preservation. Fridge was not cold enough for me. But not very important.

Breakfast is good. Its not a huge spread but all items on menu are good quality and fresh. They make you eggs to your liking and make them good. Hotel is new and they take care of cleanliness. Location is too good... its an old neighborhood undergoing total transformation (old buildings are being revamped) so it looks brand new. Since its old neighborhood so there are good bazaars nearby with all kinds of shops. There is a new supermarket (madina mart) nearby where you get good coffee/tea and other necessities you may need during your stay. Its open well into the night.

Biggest downside for me was that I didnt get a good reception... one of the staff members was too rude. But the rest took good care of me so overall satisfied by the hotel. The other downside are the bathrooms... the bathroom door wont close in the room I stayed in. The design was such that the floor easily got wet and there wasnt any way to clean it. Bathroom slippers are not part of the deal so it got quite irritating and messy. Also, the bed my feel to hard to some.

The staff is so exceptional, Mohamed from the restaufant and the girls was absolutely the best you could ever imagine. Reception was also so fantastic the security guys are very helpful. The place is very clean, classic and refreshing alm the time. I absolutely love it and will go back to it. Tried to book for my cousin ftom 10 to 15 October 2023, but price became sooooo expensive. I think only September and the hot season was cheap. Because of that I booked a cheaper hotel.

The restaurant prices was a bit overpriced and portions was smaller than other restaurants. The seasonal price if the hotel is also a bit pricier. In the toilet water is not draining well and spilled water stays for long time, but when cleaning staff come they clean it exceptionally. Manshallah.

Our twin room was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with a very spacious shower cubicle. The members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of items to chose from. We did not use the swimming pool, but the view over the Dubai creek from the top floor was wonderful. This hotel is only a few minutes' walk away from the Gold Souq metropolitan station, so very convenient for visiting the city if Dubai by public transport. Highly recommended.

It’s a wonderful place to stay, the I stayed in was beautifully designed and very functional at the same time. All the staff were very friendly and very efficient any requests were quickly addressed without any fuss or bother. The hotel is located adjacent to the New Gold Suk precinct and is definitely one of the quieter areas of Deira but close to the metro and the airport.

I wish I could have stayed longer than two nights. I had previously stayed in two hotels in the area which were pretty good in their own ways but the Ibis Styles was way ahead of them in every aspect.
