voco - Bonnington Dubai, an IHG Hotel

It’s located in a very central and good area and accessible without having to go through traffic. Its new and clean. I truly appreciated all staff and how friendly they were especially in check in and out specially Rahed, Joelera from reception who were extremely fast and friendly! Also Shifan from concierge. I got the chance to meet with General Manager Mr. Giacomo who was extremely friendly and caring to learn of my experience and if i needed anything. It was an amazing experience. Clean rooms and facilities which i truly appreciated.

I forgot my coat and they kept it and gave it back but I had to go in person to take itZ I wish they had sent it via Careem, but otherwise they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The stay was amazing. The King suite was huge and comfortable. The breakfast is better than many five stars in Dubai.

The room is spacious, good layout. The bed and pillow are comfortable, we can tell the sheets are clean and newly change. The rain shower has good flow of water, hot water comes out fast. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is good. There are several good restaurants nearby. The tram station is also close by. All are within 5 to 10 minute walk.

The staff was extremely attentive from arrival to departure. This is what I call good service - customer friendly reception, fast room service, porter ready to carry bags, all requests met, free bag holding. Location in JLT is excellent for Expo (Metro) and even JBR Marina (20 minute walk). Lots of easy eateries walking distance in the area, as well as the Metro and Tram. This hotel is outside of the tourist scene and has an expat feel.

Make sure you get the view you like - to the desert and low buildings, or to the town with lights and high rises - when you check in.

Reception staff is very helpful and quick.Very Clean And Nice Property .Was In A Suite And Was Very Happy With The Room And Balcony. Kristine at the breakfast helped well for diet requirements whch were indian and jain food (food without underground veggies) If the chef cn add a few more options to the list of available jain food items it wud be a blessing.

Shower Can B a Bit Better As in the force of water was slow.

The room service was excellent. The food I ordered from the kitchen was delicious. The staff throughout the entire hotel was friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again when I have more time to take advantage of the other amenities offered

The refrigerator didn't get as cold as I liked. Would like to see more varieties of channels on the television.

Encountered an unusually bad experience during my first day, but the way it was handled by the management was unlike anything I ever experienced. Very professional and customer centric!! Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good variety breakfast, and very clean..

1-Toothbrush and related basic requirements not provided also toilet slippers missing but when requested immediately provided 2-Room door automatic closer device strong do when nearby room people get in and out that door sound make me week up several time , I hope to make some soft seat so sound will be less

Stayed in a suite very spacious clean sound proof and very relaxing

Buffet breakfast for vegeterians is limited as majority bread also has eggs and as for my jain food prefrence the chef also doesnt hav mch knowledge so very difficult tht way
