Comfortable rooms0

Delia was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She made delicious and varied breakfasts and has inspired us to make our own jams since getting home! During our stay, Delia had lots of suggestions for things to do and went above and beyond to help us make them happen. It was easy to reach the city centre via train, bus or bike and there are lots of places to go on the outskirts of Birmingham only a short drive away. The room was really comfortable and spacious, the garden beautiful and relaxing, and the whole house felt very homely. Staying at Delia's felt rather like staying with a friend or relative- thank you so much.

Delia was a lovely and attentive host and went above to beyond to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. Delia's standards for cleanliness were impeccable so we felt very comfortable. We had lovely chats with her at breakfast and she had insightful recommendations for things to do in the area. This place is a little hidden gem and I would recommend anyone to stay :)

Bathroom was shared but this was fine and we had no problems with it.

I had a excellent stay at Comfortable Rooms. Delia was a brilliant host and made me feel very welcome. The property is in a good location, not that far from the M42 and from Longbridge station to Birmingham Grand Central station only took 20 minutes train journey. The property is only 15 minutes walk to Longbridge Station. Other places in south Birmingham isn't that far away either Selly Oak, Bournville, Moseley. Excellent value for money and it is in a quiet area. There are loads of shops in Longbridge near the station. All round a good 2 day stay and would stay here again next time I am in Birmingham

For some people not having a TV in the room would be a slight problem but it didn't bother me. Chatting to Delia or being out in the garden is a nice change from the TV

The breakfast was very nice, everything was ready at the specified time and we were able to have what we wanted. The location was great only 5 minutes in the car to the venue we were using. The lady that run the Guest house was very nice and had covered all bases to make our stay as easy and as comfortable as possible. The room was lovely very clean and everything we needed.

As I said we had everything we needed and this place could not have been any better.

Delia gave me a warm welcome, (this was my return visit). She helped with my case and checked that I could remember how to lock and unlock the door. Her house is beautifully clean with an immaculate (shared) bathroom and powerful shower. The room is very peaceful, light and airy with a view over the garden and treetops beyond. The bed is extremely comfortable with blackout curtains if needed and the only sound at night might be the faint hoot of an owl. I had a light breakfast each day with porridge or granola, tea, fruit, then egg and toast. There is excellent Wifi, plenty of reading matter and a radio in the room. There is space to park directly outside the house.

I regret that I didn't have time to explore the beautiful rear garden. I hope to return soon and do just that.

"Comfortable Rooms" is a very good description of my stay in Rednal. There is free parking outside the property, so no worries there. The clean room and comfortable bed meant that I had an excellent night's sleep. The shared bathroom is immaculately kept and the shower is powerful. The Wifi is good and there is a radio in the room. I enjoyed a simple, light breakfast whilst chatting to Delia the host.

There is nothing to dislike. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

Delia was a very nice host , On tge first day of arrival she had made a delicious home made apple crumble which was really delightful with a cup if tea after a hard day's work , the facilities were spotless and the bedroom was very relaxing with a large bay window looking out over her beautiful gardens .

The breakfast was lovely. The location suited me very well. It was very quiet. Lovely garden to look at.Host very helpful. As I was travelling to visit someone in the area this was ideal in every way.Excellant

Delia’s place is absolutely wonderful. It’s quiet, welcoming, warm, and Delia truly makes you feel right at home. She cooks the most wonderful meals and knows lovely areas to go for hikes and beautiful scenery. I had a lovely stay.

The host was such a wonderful person and even provided breakfast if you wanted it. The entire house was extremely clean and the room and bed were very comfortable. There was even a space just outside the gate to park your car on which was great.
