High quality room, well designed to separate shower room, bathroom. While the services are marvelous as well, even better than 5 star hotels, very convenient to stay even is not in the center of town but not too far, and with reasonable prices. I will choose to stay here next time as well.

Normally I don’t like to post feedback, probably because I feel sometimes they are not that good, having some smell issues, cleaning, not well prepared for the shower stuff or the quality was not good, etc, but here was perfect! I am willing to say it’s really good, for me personal, all good, and I am very happy to be here.

It was the comfiest bed that I've ever slept in. In was clean and the decor was nice. It was close to the Botanical Gardens, which we visited on two of the days that we stayed. And close to Edgbaston Village and some nice places to eat and drink plus a Morrisons for supplies. The breakfast next door was really lovely. The double shower head was a nice touch, as I often can't reach to rinse my hair properly.

The telly was a bit broken. It kept going dark, which scuppered some of our plans, because we'd brought the Switch with us and had planned on playing using the screen, plus watching some TV. The mute button didn't work and it was in an awkward position to the bed, which couldn't really be helped because of the beautiful big windows.

Having classical music playing in my room on arrival was a nice touch. i actually left it play most of my stay. The food was all fantastic and I loved the use of the lounge for chilling and coffee drinking. :)

I need to know how things work in order to be able to relax and I'm not very good at asking people for help. So the only issue I had really was not knowing how the included breakfast was supposed to work and what was included. I know in theory, most people would just ask on the morning while going to breakfast. So I know this isn't a big deal in most cases. but in my case, it would have been helpful just to have a note with the welcome message that explained that the breakfast menu, even though it has prices next to the options was actually included with my room booking. Which it was and everything I ate was fantastic.

Check-in was easy and the instructions regarding the electronic entry code for the property and the room were clear and concise. Parking on-site was excellent and the timed stay was even extended to allow us to go into Birmingham the following morning. Location was excellent for restaurants, the Utilita Arena and an impressive pub next door. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A lovely resident's lounge was also available and a fridge stocked with fresh milk was a brilliant touch. In summary - it was ideal in every way.

Nothing - everything was exceptional.

We thought the bed was really comfortable in fact the pillows were exceptional, I asked for the make of them in order to obtain some myself. Helpful friendly staff. Good comprehensive breakfast, we also had an evening meal at the restaurant which was very good.

Unfortunately although the towel rails in the hotel have been recently updated the one in our room wasn't operating, this was reported to the desk receptionist who thanked us for the information and said he would check it out immediately. It's useful to have notifications by email beforehand regarding a stay but as usual with online bookings there were too many - 6 at the last count; I feel that this is excessive.

The most amazingly huge and comfortable bed. The room was a great size. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Booked mainly because they advertised a GF breakfast (which I was really looking forward to). Turns out it was a breakfast with anything that had gluten in it removed - so no sausage or black pudding for me, but I did get some GF toast. The waiter was very friendly, unfortunately it didn't make up for the fact that the food was cold. Disappointing really, when, as I mentioned it, was one of the main reasons for booking. The enormous light fitting in the room was hanging over the bed at quite an alarming angle and looked like a previous occupant had been having a swing on it.

The rooms were excellent and immaculately turned out with a lovely comfortable bed. Good facilities in the room and the added bonus of a snug area near the front door where you can relax with a proper filter coffee etc. Parking right outside with good size bays for the cars and it's very quiet. The added bonus is the affiliated pub/restaurant next door that serves great food at reasonable prices and a very good range of drinks at the bar. The breakfast was definitely up there as one of the best we've had on our many trips around the UK. All of the above is worthless without good front of house and quality of staff and this is where High Field Town House excels. We all agreed that we couldn't remember a trip/ stay that had been so elevated due to our interactions with the waitresses/ bar staff. Friendly, efficient, engaging and a joy to be around and they are the primary reason we'll be booking here again next time we're in Birmingham.

Room recently decorated and was really nice and clean, really good air con as it was the hottest day of the year. The bed was comfortable, shower was awesome, tea, coffee & hot chocolate available in the room with fresh milk and not powder or sachets. Staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing was a trouble to them. Breakfast really nice and the Breakfast venue was a really stylish place and the evening meal menu looked awesome although we didnt eat there for our evening meal. Will defo be booking again soon

The hotel building is lovely and comfortable, and our room was more spacious than I expected. Air conditioning was very quiet, and overall sound-proofing was good. The coffee, tea, and bottled water service in the lobby sitting room was very welcome. Autonomous check in and check out went very smoothly. The lobby was not always staffed, but this didn't matter, as there was always staff available at the connected pub next door. The staff we occasionally ran into in the hotel were kind and helpful. (Service at the pub not as good.)

Light-blocking curtains did a pretty good job, but light came in above the window treatments around 6 am, so had to use an eye cover. Still, among the many places I've stayed in the UK during the long daylight of summer, this was one of the better light-blocking setups.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary it was the perfect romantic getaway. The roll top bath was a winner. The large king size bed was so comfy and the décor tasteful and elegant. Great location especially for the botanical gardens being only a ten minute walk away.

One tiny gripe. Being in a luxurious room the dressing gowns could have been softer, fluffier and bigger to wrap yourself in instead of tight fitting and a little rough to touch. Slightly picky, sorry, overall a wonderful place to stay.
