The staff were very friendly and helpful from start to end. Made sure to inform me of any problem they had and made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is well located and I found it without a problem. Everything was presented to good standards and the bed was super comfy. I only stayed for one night but will definitely consider staying here again in a future visit to Bournemouth.

The rooms are clean and have good facilities. My only issue was the toilet room light was movement sensitive and located to one side only, the timer was set like to 5 sec and shower being away from sensor meant I took mine in the darkness. Luckily the light bottoms from the digital mirrow provided a dim blue light otherwise I had to keep waving to continue with my shower. A simple (but annoying) issue flagged and can easily be resolved by maintenance.

From the start, I liked the external look of the hotel. It's very nice, luxurious. I was pleased at the reception, the staff was very friendly. My room was very elegant, clean, cosy. I had a big bed, big tv, bug desk in the Connor, modern shower and the hotel was 2 min walking from the closes bus stop. I recommend this hotel to My friends. The receptionists Vikram, Vishal and the chef Clint really went an extra mile. I really felt welcomed and appreciated. Great staff and service.

It was good value for money. £177 for 3 nights,.breakfast included. Very affordable.

The staff, the welcome, the service, the location and the decor (being renovated and it's beautiful). Very reasonable in price. Closely located to the beach, just through a small alley-way. Not in the hustle of the town centre of Bournemouth but close enough to be involved. Very quiet location. Just a great place.

There was nothing to not like. It has recently opened and they are still renovating it, but it did not disrupt us at all. Few small issues like lifts not operational, but that totally understandable.

The staff were outstanding, it’s rare to find a whole team so committed to making your stay as good an experience as possible…nothing was too much trouble! The restaurant and bar were comfortable and stylish.

The temperature of our room was horrible, it was so hot we had to call down in the end. They did turn it off so after a couple more hours it was better. I reported this on check out and was told they would get it sorted and I think they will. The shower in our room was tiny and temperature hard to control.

The hotel was exeptionel the room very tidy and clean with windows....the location was superb...and above all...the staff was very welcoming .... friendly and helpful... it was one guy in reception goes by the name of Dammika... he even gave me a first aid at reception when i injured myself ...trying to open a food can...lol. well all i wanted to say is definitely ..will be staying in when visiting Bournemouth again.

Very welcoming upon arrival, ample parking, positioning of hotel perfectly placed, 5 minute walk to Beach - the room was very spacious and very clean - staff could not do enough for you with a very relaxed atmosphere throughout - we ate in the Restaurant for the duration, and feel it is very good value for money

Good position through a little alley to the beach pathway and with Parking onsite. Extremely attentive staff all trying to do their best to give you a great stay. Very warm and comfortable bed For the price a great value proposition with a good breakfast included.

Some areas may be due for a bit of renovation but this did not affect our stay which was excellent overall. Easy walk to town too .

The service was very good. Especially Vikram who was very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very nice.

The lift was out of order. This did not matter to us but had we had mobility issues, we should have been warned in advance of our arrival.

Mr Dammika and Vikram were great hosts and made us feel very welcome and catered for every needs. They are both a credit to the hotel and the industry and art of customer service to petfection. The breakfast was very nice the location was very near the the pier. Would stay here again.

The carpets were a bit dated and needs modernisation.

Team were friendly.

Showers were soooo small. Maybe change doors or something to make easier to get in and out. Hotel felt empty, was missing some warmth. Big open spaces in public areas.
