Staff very welcoming

The kitchen shut a bit too early, but it is quiet, so I understand why!

Room was clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, staff friendly and helpful as usual.

£16 for breakfast is expensive, especially with an added supplement for certain dishes

Great location and easy access to the city centre (10’ walk). The staff were very helpful and the facilities were comfortable and spacious. We also had breakfast in the hotel and the service was exquisite, even had a variety of milks for different dietaries. A perfect stay close to the city but accessible to many hiking routes in Inverness.

The hotel rents rooms for parties and the night we stayed in there was a kids party at the bottom of the hotel which left a big mess all over the corridors. However, I must say the noise was not noticeable from the rooms which really impressed me since the party was literally underneath our room. You could only see and hear the mess in the corridors and through the rear car park.

Beautiful hotel walking distance from the centre of Inverness all be it up hill. Very warm welcome, Checked in and room was available, Dinner was pre-arranged but this was confirmed at check-in as was our breakfast arrangements. Lovely staff throughout, from bar staff, waiting staff, reception and housekeepers. Public areas recently refurbished, very elegant and in-keeping with the building. Room was on the first floor, quiet no disruption from other guests. Room was very clean as was the bathroom and facilities were all if a high standard, hairdryer tea and coffee and kettle. TV was on a small shelf good range of channels.

Room, I think was room 11, was a small double with limited storage space. The bed seems to cause you to roll in to the middle. Bathroom was also small only a shower and no unit just a small glass shelf above the toilet. No where for toiletries to sit.

our room was very well presented and spotless and we had an added bonus of a jacuzzi bath, peaceful and quiet at bedtime so a good nights sleep,we didnt have a dog but the dogs that were allowed were well behaved and friendly,if we were visiting Inverness in the future we most certainly would book again with the Beaufort Hotel a great place to stay and two very happy customers

there wasnt much that we didnt like but if you are going to be very picky then our little waste bin could have been emptied after the first nights stay but not a deal breaker on returning for another visit

Lovely room. Small double as only me & 1 dog. Beautiful wood bed with en-suite bath, shower + toilet. Furnished to a very good standard. All staff very friendly & very helpful, especially as I had to extend my stay due to husband being in hospital.. exceptional food & friendly waiting staff especially being a lone female no need to look for outside restaurant. Can’t fault this hotel

Can they move this hotel nearer Raigmore Hospital ???😁 A little out of the way but ok if you have transport.

I was travelling for ongoing cancer treatment. My room was above my expectations in so many ways. It was quiet, clean and the only noise involved some foxes mating in the near distance. It made me smile. I think that I will never go to a big chain again. Tracie, thank you so much!

I think that there was nothing that I did not like. I would stay there again. If I could think of anything that I did not like it would be swamped by the things that I did like.

Beautifully decorated and displayed for Christmas. Classy and clean.

Charming hotel with nice character in a very good location. Excellent, helpful staff answered all our questions. Solid location just a short walk to town. The room was well insulated from the Highland cold. The water was nice and hot for our showers.

Just three things keeping this hotel from a higher rating. Our mattress was old and sagged in the middle. We could feel the springs in some spots. The room lighting was rather dim, making reading at night a challenge. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, giving a message that the access point was full. That should not happen in 2023.
