Great value b&b. Lovely hosts. Breakfasts were delicious (both meat and veggie options) and there was a really homey feel to the place. Lots of your books and guides to browse if your itenerary wasn't fixed. Close enough to the rapid/slow EV chargers at Cathedral Car Park to walk. Close to town centre too.

Not the fault of the BnB owners but there's, no dedicated parking for the property (which was ok for us because we needed the EV charge point as a priority). The on-street parking is restricted between 6pm-8am so if you aren't up early and back late then you need to drive about a bit to find a space. Not a long way (3-5mins walk) but still a faff particularly if it is raining.

Lovely couple who own the property. Very relaxed and welcoming. Full range of breakfast options, including cooked vegan breakfast which was lovely. Very large room for the price. Only a few minutes walk from the central bridge in Inverness and the town centre. WiFi service very stable. I liked the 'family' like activity in the house and the atmosphere it lent, but some may not. That's a choice.

A few of the fixtures and fittings were a little outdated, e.g. shower hose cover coming away. But I didn't raise this with the owners as it didn't impact on the function of the facility (shower) which worked well.

It was like staying with family. And like stepping back in time of the traditional b and bs. If you're looking for luxury it's not for you . We loved it. Frank and Lisa were brilliant.. bed was so comfortable. Had the best night's sleep and woke up to smell of home cooked breakfast. Value for money . Like old style b and b everyone spoke in the breakfast room. It was great

Everything was fine for the value. It was a shared toilet and shower between three rooms but clean znd adequate. This is real good value for money

This was a great location. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical Scottish breakfast, make your own call about that. It was well prepared. The only complaint with this property was the lack of available parking. Street parking was timed so the car had to be moved in the morning. If you're driving I would consider another location.

Lack of parking. We had to park several blocks away or get up and move the car early in the morning. We also stayed four days and regretted only receiving one set of towels.

I loved the owners Frank & Lisa. They made me feel very welcome from the moment i arrived & were more than happy to help with whatever i needed although everything was great for my full stay. The breakfast i had was great & cooked just as i'd cook it myself! It was a real joy to stay there & i'll be returning again! The location is brilliant too as it's less than 10mins walk to the town centre & there's also a supermarket & eateries just 5mins away. Superb location! Thanks!

A pleasant stay with a homely atmosphere and a wonderful breakfast. Though the owners were insisting on getting a cooked breakfast, we did not opt it but even then the regular continental breakfast was good. The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained well. The beds were comfy and they even permitted us to keep the baggage pre check in and post check out.

The presence of TV in the room could have been helped but given the time that we spent in room, it didnt matter much.

The breakfast and the location were excellent. The lady of the house suggested walks that I really enjoyed. I am a walker and I felt that she was probably very good at tailoring her recommendations to the tastes of her guests. My room was small, but nice and met my needs. I had my own separate bathroom and it was very nice. The price was very good.

Breakfast was pretty tasty and we loved the house's cozy decoration.

There was only one electrical outlet in a room for 3. Bed was short. The water pressure and temperature were not controlable. We rang the bell and nobody answered at 9:30p.m. The host in the 2nd morning was a little stiff because we didn't eat our whole English breakfast the previous morning and said we wasted it and refused to serve as again English breakfast. But overall he was ok.

The owners were friendly and very accommodating to our needs like early check-in if possible or if not, storing our luggage while we went out to tour. The breakfasts were good. The room was a large size and quiet and comfortable. The location was only a few blocks from the center of town, convenient to transportation, restaurants and shopping. We stayed six nights.

Location was great... Very easy walk to touristy area. Breakfast was lovely... We had the full Scottish, one meat, one veg. Beds were fine, we had a room that shared the loo with one other room and it was no problem at all...note that the toilet room and shower room are two separate rooms which is great.

Not really, was a good value for the cost. Note that parking is a few blocks away, but not far or difficult.
