The bedroom was very dark with poor lighting even at 0900 , this was July, goodness what it would be like in winter. Hot… We had read reviews about the lack of air so we brought our Dyson air blade with us. Thank goodness, even although the weather was damp and mild the room was hot and stuffy. A shelf/rack in the bathroom would be helpful under the tiny sink. Soundproofing- we could hear our neighbours sneezing / running the coffee machine/ alarm clock (at 0500) Parking outside is ideal if you only want 4hrs. If your are staying more than one night it will be an issue.

The location was good - central Knutsford. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with most of what was needed. The online information and self check-in was very clear, informative and efficient.

Very comfortable stay. A couple of minor niggles / suggestions: The pub was not open and so no onsite access to breakfast / dinner which is fine as there are plenty of options locally but this was only communicated after the booking was made. A fridge in the room with some bottled water would have been good. The stairs to room 4 were very steep - it would be a struggle with a heavy case. The car park opposite has a maximum stay of 4 hours in the day Mon-Sat so if you are planning to stay local all day you would need to find alternative spot to park

Beautiful rooms, and great facilities within the rooms. The finish is excellent and feels special. The location is brilliant.

There was a dirty bowl and a coffee pod in the machine from another previous guest. The neighbour (from the flats) were playing music incredibly loudly and woke me up, and as it’s in the airport flight path this was noisy too. Then I was woken up at 6am by bins being emptied and general noise by the car park. Air con might be good investment so you don’t have to have the windows open when outside is so noisy. It would be helpful to know the car park outside the rooms is pay and display and short stay (max 4 hours) which I didn’t find information on before arriving.

Great location accessible for shops and restaurants and parking very close by. Room was stylish and the fixtures and fittings were exceptional quality. The bathroom was superb. I'd love to know what conditioner is in the shower - my hair loved it. Bed was super comfy.

The open stairs up to the rooms were a little scary and the gap in the right hand bannister as you walk down stairs could potentially cause an accident. I'd have preferred bigger mugs - the cups are tiny - and more tea bags and perhaps herbal tea choices.

Self check in was very easy and very convenient public parking across the road. Rooms are located in a refurbished historic building and have been finished to a very high standard with beautiful fixtures and fittings. Large, extremely comfortable bed. Fab location in the heart of chi chi Knutsford. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay.

Not much of a view from Room 2, onto the car park. A separate small kettle would be good as not everyone would think to use the Nespresso machine for hot water only.

Great room and very central location. Funky bathroom! Good booking information- we’ll thought out. Extremely clean and welcoming.

Noise was a little bit of an issue as it was hot so we had to have the bedroom windows open. Appreciating the location is always going to have this issue it may be an option to add air con to the room to allow the windows to stay closed and street noise out.

Every detail had been thought out. The decor is an Insta dream! so beautiful (we stayed in room 3). The owners went above and beyond for us, I had contacted them as it was our wedding night and they went to buy champagne for me and it was chilled for when we arrived. On top of this there was a card, some beautiful flowers and petals everywhere! The property is very central and you can walk to all the restaurants and bars.

We had a really comfortable 2 night stay in this beautifully and newly renovated hotel. The beds are SO comfortable! The location is great too; close to everything and some parking options nearby - there’s even a little coffee shop right next door in the market hall for your morning cappuccino. Would definitely recommend.

The coffee in the room wasn’t great and a bottle or two of complimentary water would have been nice.

The location of this fabulous hotel / boutique apartment couldn't be any better. Set in the centre of Knutsford, everything is in close proximity which is ideal for bars, restaurants and the shops. Our room was fitted out to a very high standard with the decor of particular note. It was such a pleasant change and made the trip even more pleasurable as hotel rooms tend to generally be a little tired and unimaginative. A hidden gem!

everything great check in system , beautiful room loved the decor and amazing bathroom . Location perfect for time in Knutsford . we were at a wedding at lost and found in the evening . Just perfect 10/10 will be spreading the word , verbally and on my social media platforms. Thank you 🙏 Knutsford has needed this for such a long time Louise x
