The pet friendly room was spacious and super clean. The housekeeper and owner went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and couldn't have been kinder. Having a microwave in the room and access to the clean, comfortable common room with a fridge was so handy! I originally only booked for a few days but extended my booking for over a week because I loved it. Perfect spot for accessing hills and walking. Can't recommend more highly!

The room, bedsheets and everything was so fresh - seemed almost brand new, the rooms were so spacious and self check-in so very organised and smooth, even though we checked in after midnight because of an emergency. The management were understanding and kind, they allowed us a late check out too. The property is approximately 15 mins drive from Inverness town centre but definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Inverness, looking for a calm, clean and relaxing place to stay. Really happy with my stay.

There can't be anything you won't like about this property.

Comfy and spacious room. Disabled en-suite toilet so bigger than normal but I'd rather have a normal toilet. Anyway I woundn't leave a lower score for this. Tray with coffe, milk, hot chocolate and shortbread was very well received! Self check-in: you get the code for the keypad at the front door to get into the property and a code for the key safe to get the room key. Good value for money!

Self check-out by leaving the key at the room door. The key should be left inside the key safe where you took it from to avoid unwanted people entering to the room after you leave and take stuff from. Nothing happened though but just in case.

We never had breakfast but we did use the local chippy who were excellent in their food serving, customer care and above and beyond with our dog Frank he got a huge sausage and we offered to pay but we were told dogs don’t have pockets so dogs don’t have to pay! How kind is that 👍🏻The area is very pleasant, a pub opposite and never heard a thing from there. When we left we said thanks & goodbyes to Morag and the nice young lass who works with her, off we went and about 10 minutes later Morag rang me to say I left my bag in the room (I hadn’t noticed) really on-the-ball, helpful, pleasant & honest. The room was very clean nothing bad to say about our stay in Muir Bank.

ITS NOT THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE. We’d have preferred to have two chairs when there are two of us-not a big thing but we’re too old for hubby sitting on the floor or the bed while he gives me the chair. I mentioned to Morag that the twin dispenser for shower soap,shampoo &/or conditioner was confusing as I couldn’t tell which was which but she was aware and already getting it changed- very ‘on the ball’👍🏻

Location was good, several shops nearby. Note that the "Bank" in Muir Bank refers to the fact that it is an old bank and is placed right on the crossroads with limited parking behind the building. It took me a little while to find it, a local pointed it out for me. The adjacent pub apparently opens when they like and was shown on Google as "reported closed". We travelled to The Mallard in Dingwall to catch the live football. There is a hotel bar nearer but no live sports available, but has good beer! Good place for an overnight stop when doing the NC 500. Good value price.

We had everything we needed, a frodge, a Kettle, a microwave, and also cookies and coffee and tea. The staff was very kind and all in all i would stay there again. The train Station was just some footsteps away. The cleaning was done very well, except that one spider no one saw.

The fridge is extremely loud and should not be placed in a bedroom like it was. My mother is not sleeping very well and that was just very annoying for her. There was a big spider placed in a lamp, no one saw it or "cleaned" it, but we didnt tell anyone either, so it was kind of our own fault. Her Name was "Barbara-no-one-loves-you". Some ideas to make it even better: more storage to place stuff and also a little table to have breakfast in one of the rooms would have been nice.

The location was perfect. The car park is small but if everyone parks considerately there's space for everyone. The room was very clean and comfortable (pretty hot when we arrived but it was a hot day and the windows had been closed all day). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom bigger than expected. Checking in was very easy. The downstairs lounge area was perfect to sit and eat, using the microwave and crockery, with comfy armchairs and sofas to sit and watch TV. Great little find. Highly recommended.

A very inventive use of a former bank, the accommodation was very good, clean, comfortable. The self service protocols are excellent and everything ran smoothly. And each room was very well equiped. The community orchard was a pleasant discovery just across the road.

The onsite parking was all taken when we arrived, but there was on street parking immediately outside so not a problem. We visited during the heatwave and it was difficult to cool the rooms especially given the street noise from outside with the windows open. With the Coop being demolished, there were limited catering options, we went to the Jaki fish and chip shop and got more than we bargained for, the food was good, the QAnon conspiracy rhetoric was not.

The location is excellent, really close to the highway, but about 15 min from Inverness. The room was super great! It looked like a 2 bedroom apartment, both rooms had microwave and one room had a fridge. We had cookies, cutlery and plates available for us, plus coffee, milk in a sac and hot chocolate. The facilities were good and renovated. Free Parking in the back. No reception. We received the code for the main door and bedroom door - really easy as long as you have access to the internet!

The curtains had no blackouts.

Stayed one night before heading to ferry at Ullapool the next day and was in ideal location for this. We had a lovely drive there the next day. We booked the family suite which was very spacious and with a separate bedroom and dog friendly! The rooms were very clean and well kitted out with microwave , plates and cutlery which we didnt use but handy to have if needed. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The nearby co-op was useful for breakfast in morning. Very good value.
