The breakfast was in the form of a couple of packs of Rice Krispies cereal an milk in the fridge.

As I have said before, the facility is an excellent one and one could easily recommend these premises to another traveller - however the Managing Director, Carl Bridge, was less than accommodating and has so far categorically REFUSED to return any money from an accidental booking that I made in error, one for which I had also been 'fired off a message' telling me that my monies for the first cancellation were being RETURNED to my account in 7 DAYS, something he later withdrew in his response to me contacting him 9 Days later. This is NO WAY to run a business sir!

Apartment was clean, airy and spacious. Facilities were good (we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked well equipped and had staple foods supplied). Bed was firm but comfortable (bit creaky). Our apartment was on the ground floor at the back overlooking the car park which was nice and quiet. Parking on site was a bonus.

There were a LOT of instructions spread over several emails. The lock box wasn't easy to operate and the instructions in our email referred to scanning a pass when our apartment was locked with a key. Would have preferred free parking. Minor details that didn't spoil our stay.

Location is perfect for my requirements. Situated opposite Trent Bridge Cricket Ground and close to some very nice restaurants and pubs. If you don't want to go out the apartment has everything you need to cook a small meal for yourself which I did and comes with plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and even a 1 pint carton of milk in the fridge. Shower was powerful which for me is a must with any stay, bed was comfy and small table and chairs were perfect for me to catch up on e-mails.

Room was on the warm side even with the window open but that may have just been me, i like it cold on a night.

Location is excellent with a bus stop right outside the front door and Nottingham's main sporting venues and numerous dining venues in walking distance. Trent Bridge cricket ground is across the road. The self-contained, pleasantly decorated apartment has excellent facilities including bathroom, cooking area, dish washer, dining space and large screen TV. A nice touch was the boxes of cereal and milk along with beverage sachets. No staff were present but the joining instructions were simple and clear.

It would be difficult to improve what is provided. My reservation was for only one night but I would have happily stayed longer.

Very clean. All the basics provided in kitchenette. All dishes were clean and the dishcloth was fresh. Fresh milk available on arrival. Table to eat/work from. Iron, hairdryer. Lots of restaurants near by and a couple of super markets. Instructions provided after booking for easy arrival and entry. I would stay here again.

Only decaf coffee was available. Bed was too hard for my personal preference. No spare bin bags to empty the bin during long stay. But my biggest annoyance was the steep narrow stairs. I struggled to get my heavy suitcase up and down while being careful of my footing.

The facilities were perfect, as expected, and the whole set up was pretty good, self-sufficient, and straightforward.

There was a really annoying beep that was going off in the corridor all night long, like a dying smoke alarm of something. Which was a real shame as it made sleep difficult and became quite irritating. I also emailed with some questions that were never answered. Very quick to take money from my account for the accomodation, and secure parking, which was great, but not so quick to refund the £150 (still waiting) taken from my account. I asked via email what this was for and when it would be returned, with no reply as yet.

Very good communications in advance. Rules very clear on occupancy, check in time and check out time. Entry code to building and room key in lock box worked well. Able to clarify and book parking in advance. Excellent facilities. Cereals and milk in fridge a bonus.

Slightly confusing messages re car parking. Documentation in advance specified one parking bay for use but in the room the documentation stated that a different parking Bay (no.6) was allocated to my room and that I should display Ticket in my car (but no ticket in room). A bit concerned given various penalty statements for non compliance to rules but Bay 6 was anyway occupied by another car. Need to ensure consistent messages.

Facilities really good, to cook and cater for yourself, comfortable bed, towels lovely and soft, and very clean, very nice on suite bathroom, and it was roomy.

Some other residents can be rather inconsiderate than ideally you would like (which you get everywhere, so this is not just here), with slamming of doors and loud TVs - there are notices up, but they just ignore them. If you wanted to achieve perfection.....maybe some soft close doors and some noise reducing insulation! When travelling for work, you do want to wake up after having a good sleep, if possible.

The breakfast was poor - two single portion packs of cereal that were just about to expire; I bought my own from the coop next door. Plenty of tea and coffee. It's a 20 minute walk into the town centre which is fine if you like walking like I do, but you wouldn't call it central. Ideally placed for both football grounds and overlooking the cricket ground. Shower was great, plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable.

The staircase is steep and a struggle if you have big cases. If this bothers you, would suggest asking for a ground floor room. I found the room to be warm, even with the window open all night. I can imagine it getting very hot in there over summer. The TV stopped working for some reason on the second day.

Great location with parking (paid extra). Super clean comfortable room, great shower and comfy bed. A nice touch of milk tea and cereal provided for 1st morning. Instructions for arrival and departure really clear.

This is not a critiscm, mearly a suggestion to make life perfect. A couple more plates and bowls and a bread knife would be great. For istance we used bowls and small plates the evening we arrived but it wasnt worth putting the dishwasher on so had to hand wash up bowls to have cereal the next morning. Not a problem but would have been perfect not to have to!
