Overall, the apartment was fantastic! very organised and easy to access. Me and my partner had a lovely stay.

for future preferences for your customers , there is a slight crack in the wall as you enter the property as well as the carpet lifting behind the entrance door, there are a few marks on the right hand side of the walls as you walk up the stairs and a brown/orange stain on the carpet next to the right lamp and the mirror. if you need pictures I am willing to send them via email Thankyou.

The apartment was well appointed, clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent. Air conditioning is a plus as the room is down a lot of stairs and can get a bit stuffy. Jeff was a very responsive host. We arrived a little early and were given a key code to have entry. Beware though - they key codes start/stop working on the dot of the check in and out times……

If there had only been 2 of us the apartment would have 10/10 but my daughter used the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable (lumpy & squeaky). It would probably suit a child better than an adult - and definitely not 2 people even though it was a double.

The room was really good, great central location. Would absolutely book again. High end fixtures & fittings.

The code didn’t work at first, but someone phoned back promptly & sorted, which was great. You may consider this a strange comment, but…. When going to the expense of high quality fixtures (Villeroy & Boch), branded toiletries, it seems odd that the toilet roll was such low quality. I wouldn’t know where to buy such cheap toilet paper! Surely saving pence is insignificant…. or certainly false economy. First World problems 😂

Had such a lovely sleep and the bathroom was beautiful. Great location in the middle of everything 😊 Jeff was a great host and we had a late checkout due to being hungover lol that he accommodated to so quickly! Although you’re around a few bars/restaurants you can’t hear any of the nightlife which is wonderful if you’re wanting a quiet night in!

Couple stains on the bed sheets/pillow cases, hairs from the previous person that has stayed in the shower, walls and carpets had a few marks on them. The place was lovely don’t get me wrong but for the price you pay you’d expect for the room to be spotless🙂 (as a previous housekeeper myself for a hotel, attention to detail is everything!)

Gorgeous rooms and comfy bed. Very central, convenient location but very quiet once inside. Loved the layout of the bedroom and lounge/kitchenette in Heathcoat. Big screen TV in lounge, another in bedroom. TVs and room temperature operated via a single tablet. Lovely little terrace overlooking the tram line to the train station with doors out from both the bedroom and the lounge room.

We stayed in Heathcoat which was down 2 flights of stairs which wouldn't be ideal for some or those with lots of luggage. But it was easy to navigate and there were plenty of suites on ground level for my elderly parents.

The apartments are very close to the town centre and the facilities provided are much better than a stay in a hotel room. The rooms are modern and spacious with easy to follow instructions on how to use the aircon, TV etc.

We had to deep clean the coffee machine before using it. Wine glasses and coffee mugs were also needing to be given a hot water scrub before using them because they were very dirty. The toaster was also caked in crumbs from previous guests so we needed to clean this out because I have coeliac disease and not able to have cross contamination of gluten from foods. The lack of cleaning of the kitchen items was the only thing that we didnt really like but management may not be aware of how cleaners are carrying out their duties.

Location was perfect, plenty to do very close. Would recommend the escape rooms. Pitch and Piano literally on site for close drinks, but heard no noise at all. Really nice apartment, will definitely book here in future now when going to Nottingham. Quicker and easier than a hotel getting in and out.

We wasn’t sure how to use the coffee machine. A few hooks in the hall way would be handy for coats. Nothing bad, just would have been handy!

We have stayed in the apartments before and will stay again. A beautiful boutique room. Lovely furniture and furnishings. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. The air conditioning was very much appreciated for this weekend. A great find in our hometown. It is very convenient if you travel by train or into the nearby bus station. Would highly recommend.

Some noise from the nearby skate park and restaurant pub next door if you have to open the windows. We knew this initially, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The property is as described and pictured, very comfortable and modern. The location, in Lace Market, is ideal, being in the historic centre where you are spoilt for choice with fashionable shops, bars & restaurants. Despite being situated behind a busy restaurant and bar, the property is well sound proofed and we had a very relaxed stay with no noise disturbance from outside or other rooms. There is plenty of parking within easy walking distance nearby. Communication with the property manager on a couple of queries was excellent.

A few more items of kitchen equipment would have made our stay easier (for example, there were no tea towels or washing up sponges) - as we were only staying overnight, we didn't think to bring these items with us. There were only enough towels provided for 2 people, not the 3 we had booked for so it was a good job we were all family & didn't mind sharing!

We stayed at Heritage Mews in Nottingham for a funeral, which was a difficult time for the family. Jeff (Host) provided us with exceptional apartments. Even during this difficult time, Jeff accommodated all our needs and made everything easy for us. In terms of luxury, each apartment was exceptional and immaculatley clean in every way, with attention to the smallest details. We were staying in the center of town which is a hidden gem if you are looking for something that is quiet and serene. The apartments are well suited for a short or long stay whether it's for work or pleasure. They are close to the train and coach stations and all the shopping amenities are at your disposal. We stayed in the lower ground apartments (Tambour, Heathcote and Calverton suites) which have access to the outside patio. This is idyllic for morning or evening meals on the terrace. The discounts at the nearby restaurants and wine bars are a great advantage and also provide an excellent level of service from our host Jeff. The apartment suites (Tambour, Heathcote and Calverton suites) have their own quirky and luxurious vibe. Tambour and Heathcote have the space to accommodate 3 to 4 guests offering separate lounge and kitchenette areas. Calverton Apartment suites can accommodate up to two guests. This is the perfect apartment for a romantic weekend or a quiet weekend away from the world's hustle and bustle and comes fully equipped with a kitchenette. The apartments come with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and bedding for a home-from-home setting. We will definitely stay at Heritage Mews again and it will become a regular stay for us, as and when we come to Nottingham. Jeff is an exceptional host. He ensures all of his guests are well looked after and will go above and beyond to provide luxury service and stay. The accommodations and hospitality are very luxurious, high quality. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family members.
