Newly refurbished studio, great location 8 studios0

There was parking right outside. It was on the road to the places I needed to access including the University. It was a highly organised booking system that kept me informed and access was as arranged re keys etc. They had taken delivery of and retained a parcel that contained my graduation gown. The owner on one occasion helped me park and was informative, and a nice character. The kitchen was basic but sufficient for my needs.

I did not like the fact that I had to buy toilet rolls as there were none in the toilet. Under the bed had not been vacuumed and there was dust and a fluff ball. The dispensers for body wash and shampoo in the shower were empty. The shower itself was lovely.

comfortable and cozy stay ! kitchen let was so handy and essentials like Hairdryer and iron were given when asked for .

on my second day , the water in the shower was cold apart from that it was great stay

good location, walkable distance from city centre but also with good transport links. clean , comfortable, but can be warm in summer. the staff were great and accommodating and provided a fan to help with the heat. they were also very responsive .

Good location and had everything we needed for 2 nights stay. Room was clean and we were able to park and leave our car and travel on trams.

It was on a main road so quite busy traffic during the night. One of the electric sockets didn't work. There wasn't enough crockery & cutlery for 2 people.

The room met all expectations, very nice and clean with useful appliances available. The staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Only negative were the parking facilities which are quite limited - not easy getting in and out if other cars parked up

The layout of the room was nice, had most things we needed in the room for a two night stay.

It stated there would be a hairdryer and iron so we didn't bring either of these with us but neither of these items were in the room which was disappointing

The property was easily accessible, the member of staff was helpful when I checked in and getting to the city centre was quick and simple due to good bus links.

The steep stairs but that’s just how older houses I guess.

Excellent location, free parking.

Only one towel/ one fork for 2 people. Some of the items listed in the 'facilities' were not provided. Would have liked a sweeping brush/ dustpan and brush.
