The Stockton Arms

Breakfast was self service and available from 6 - which is great for a business traveller. There was a great choice of breads, crumpets, spreads, jams, marmite, peanut butter, cheeses, fruit, cereal, cereal bars, juice, teas and coffees.

No evening meal but this was made very clear at time of booking and the restaurant they recommended was excellent. Nothing else about the stay was troublesome!

The location was great and the room was clean and had everything I needed for the 1 night stay. Breakfast was buffet style and was good....it was unstaffed, so there was nothing hot, but there was plenty to choose from and there was even non-dairy milk in the fridge if you wanted it.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. I thought it was strange having a self-service breakfast room at first, but it was really well stocked with a vast choice of food. The whole place was spotlessly clean too

My bed in room 4 was a little bit firm, but this is a subjective thing

The rooms at the Stockton Arms Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are also clean and well-appointed with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The breakfast was varied and fresh. Plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect for me. The gentleman who was on duty looked after me with my room and at the bar.

Nothing as far as I was concerned.

The rooms are beautifully styled and decorated. Very comfortable bed and nice powerful shower Breakfast is a continental affair with lots of choice including fresh fruit , pastries , breads , cereals and juice set out for you to help yourself in a quirky little breakfast room

Shame they are not serving food . I was directed to a nearby pub which looked lovely ( menus in room so the food looked great too ) but after a long day at work I didn’t really feel like “going out “ for food.

The continental breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The pub itself was very nice with a great range of beers, comfortable surroundings and friendly staff. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable and the hotel is situated in a pleasant area.

The hotel fully met expectations

Great location just outside Stockton on Tees with a very nice park walking distance away. The Stockton arms is a great pub with all sports channels which suited me nicely, but was far from a sports pub. They don't do food but the Masham restaurant around the corner, which is linked, was excellent and highly recommended.

The bathroom was a little small, but adequate.

Breakfast was very good Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities including iron and hairdryer

Bathroom was a little dark, one of the lights didn't work

Friendly staff and clientele, good room , continental breakfast suited me ( just took a croissant and 2 cereal bars to work with me)
