The room was very space nd the location was perfect as to not being faur from where I was going

I reserved a King Room I quite a bit of money nd the room I was in DID NOT have a REFRIGERATOR NOR MICROWAVE. I was told on Friday March 31 2023 that if I had reserved a Queen room w/2 queen size bed I would've gotten a fridge nd microwave, I also was told that if I have reserve a KING STANDARD room I would've gotten a room w/a Fridge nd Microwave. I spent ENTIRELY too much money to not have a Fridge nd microwave. Besides that the room itself was very nice nd very very SPACIOUS

The location was super quiet and there was ample parking. We were moving our kid to college at USA so the proximity to campus was outstanding. It was very easy to get to places from the hotel. The breakfast was fine and included waffles (my favorite), assorted pastries, eggs, and other expected items.

We didn't like the seasoning on the potatoes. Our daughter burned her hand with the boiling water that came out of the faucets in the bathroom. We are all adults so we knew to check the temperature before getting in the shower, but if it had been a young kid, they could have been severely hurt. While we appreciate a soothing hot shower, this was too hot.

The staff was excellent. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the airport by Robert (awesome guy), and were prepared to hangout by the pool until check-in. Thirty minutes after we arrived (11 am) the front desk staff was able to get us in a room! When we got ready for bed we realized a beloved stuffed animal was missing. We asked the front desk if one had been turned in, but no luck. About 30 minutes later when the van returned from a run, the evening driver knocked on our door with stuffed animal in hand!!!! The breakfast was tasty and hot. The hotel was nice and clean, but the people who work there made the stay exceptional.

The location was good, the grounds were beautiful and it was comfortable.

Everything seems very clean until I had to pull the dresser out to see if the refrigerator was plugged in and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned barging that thing in a very long time. The dust was super thick and there was food underneath.

First off the STAFF was the best. From check-in to check-out they were PRESENT at the desk. Talked to me and Anyone that was in their line of sight. I did enjoy the convenience of the lobby snack bar. Prices were on par with vending machines plus a very good selection of snacks. Plenty of pool towels, also in the gym. The only downside to the pool was some leaves, but to be fair it was windy. Chemicals were balanced with no real odor. My room was a King size bed but could have easily put some kids on mattresses. Water pressure was fine. Because it was only me I didn't need daily room cleaning and the staff respected my door hanger. I did see them on my floor and received some fresh towels. Also the "limited breakfast" was just fine. Fresh fruit, microwavable sandwiches, cereal, milk, juice, muffins and of course COFFEE. Not a meal, but just right to get the day started. AGAIN, THE STAFF made everything better by being PRESENT and attentive to the area and everyone in the lobby. Quickly filling up food as it was taken and also keeping it CLEAN.

Just the leaves in the pool. But not a major problem. The staff made up for that by being genuine. I'm positive that if it was a real problem it would have been fixed.

it was acceptable with covid restrictions, coffee was great, juices great, the rest was average. eating area was clean and very nice. fruit was fresh. the bagels we had were again, acceptable with all the restrictions. they had been working on the hotel but they were very nice and proficient in avoiding any conflict with the guests.

ice making machine on the 4th floor didn't work, and the pool area was extremely dirty, from some sort of activity the day/night before. we had to make our own bed due to the covid restrictions, hell, we were trying to get away from cleaning up our place for a few days.

Staff was so nice and accommodating! Having the shuttle service saved time and money and was so easy to use for my commute to and from school. Deb, Jocelyn, anthony, and aaron were notable staff members that made the stay so pleasant!

Facility was clean and beds were comfortable. Our refrigerator was not working. When we made the desk clerk aware of it, she sent maintenance up and we had a replacement within 20 minutes. The breakfast was awesome. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Very large King room with a living room and a reception/foyer area. Microwave and refrigerator. Practically a studio apartment. Pleasant friendly staff. Check in and check out were a breeze.

We had no complaints.

Breakfast was very good and location was quiet and close to airport...

The curtains in the rooms don't close so all the light comes in and the pole lights from parking lot shine in at night...seems kinda lame.
