Clean. Comfy beds. Great price and location. Would stay here again if in the area.

The burnt biscuits at breakfast, at least there were eggs and sausage. Didn't have any cream cheese for bagels. Orange juice was watered down. No hot water in the lobby for the tea. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bottles attached to the wall in the shower, only conditioner.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Our visit was s stop on our way to another destination and the hotel served the purpose perfectly. We got a good night's rest and a nice breakfast the next ,morning to get us on our way.

The facility needs updating but it doesn't affect the quality of the service. The hotel has recently changed hands and it is obvious that changes are in the works.

I enjoyed their hot breakfast. It was tasty and had quite a few choices including juices and coffee. The area was easy to find and a rather nice area. The maids were very friendly and helpful. I will book it again when I am in the area.

I have nothing to complain about.

Large clean room, tv was great, shower was good, breakfast was good, nice selection.

Stayed 2 nights but did not service our room had to go down and get fresh towels, waited for 15 minutes for front desk clerk never showed so went to laundry room got some. Noisy kids next door, but lived with it

Everything was good but I would like for them to clean the room every day. It was 4 ladies in this room, and they only cleaned the room 1 day out of the 4 that we stayed. The best part of the stay was the breakfast.

Them not cleaning the room daily this is my only complaint.

When I was looking for lodging I checked other websites and this location had low approval rates. But on booking. com they were higher. I used them for booking, I was pleastley surprised everything was fine, would stay here again if needed.

Nothing to put in this box. Everything was met my expectations.

The front desk staff was very welcoming. Ms. Michelle and Ms. Sonya were so friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were the best! We are a family of 6, and we NEVER had to ask for more towels, toilet paper, etc. Those ladies knew we had 3 girls and they made sure we had everything we would need before we had to ask. They were amazing.

The pool stayed out of order most of our trip and the breakfast wasn't good. They were out of most everything offered due to supply shortage which we understood.

I liked that the location was in a somewhat quiet place and the restaurants and malls were only minutes away!

I liked everything about the property itself, but I didn’t like the fact that my tub filled with water when I was taking a shower.

My previous stay at another hotel was charged twice. Pending a return. Unable to reach a person in customer service. When I finally got them, the representative said that they would call back. I haven't heard from them 😕

VERY NICE STAFF

When I moved in I noticed The refrigerator in my room Wasn’t cooling. I let them know but no one came to check it. So I thought I’d get ice from the ice machine and put it in the fridge to keep milk cold. The ice machine was empty/didn’t work. Wasn’t pleased with that.
