Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Mobile - I-65, an IHG Hotel

The staff was really nice. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also nice to have quite a few channels on the TV for the price of the hotel. the breakfast was pretty good too.

The room had a few minor issues in the bathroom, like the handle for the toilet was really loose so a few times we had to work with it to get the toilet to stop running. Also the drain plug was missing in the sink. The other thing would be the curtains not being dark enough, we were on the side by the parking lot so it remained pretty bright in our room at night due to the light in the lot.

Beds were extremely comfortable and in spite of construction on first floor, room was quiet at night. Parking was very close to front door and with rain that fact was appreciated. When we arrived, we were allowed early check-in (before 3 p.m.) and a room with handicapped bathroom was made available even though not in original reservation which was greatly appreciated. Would stay there again!

The bathroom was up-to-date but the mirror contained vertical strips of fluorescent lighting, a strip on each side, which were so bright it made it impossible to see details of the person looking at the mirror and difficult to manage hair, makeup, or shaving! Poor choice of design.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Them motel was located in a great location for the I-65 in either direction. It also was near some good shopping and restaurants. We were on a return trip Texas to Georgia and the good nights rest and early breakfast fit our schedule perfectly.

We were happy with everything. It fit exactly what we needed and the staff kind not have been nicer.

The hotel is so clean. The front desk workerseach shift/day were so friendly and helpful, especially Elta. The breakfast attendant was so welcoming and the food was great! Nice selection of hot foods and also things like bagels, boiled eggs, cereal. The room was spacious and clean and smelled great. The blackout curtains and comfy beds made sleeping fantastic. I really can't say enough positive things.

This type of hotel is the most basic clean inexpensive hotel that someone can find. Nothing fancy but comfortable, rooms are very spacious, and quiet with decent amenities, such as breakfast (I didn’t partake so not sure how robust it is), business center, and outdoor pool. It’s very convenient to the highway, centrally located, and a Starbucks is within walking distance. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. Parking was easy.

My room faced the highway and at times was loud because of cars with loud exhausts or mufflers speeding down the highway. The base of the bed was scratched up, making the room remodel feel less polished/new. There were food crumbs on the desk chair. The toilet handle would get stuck and the tank would keep running until I manually lifted it back to its normal position.

it was being renovated but it was still very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our visit. our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

would have preferred no construction but considering everything that was going on the staff did an amazing job even with construction it was quiet and we slept well each night

The hotel was great. The staff were very pleasant and we had a nice visit with family. The breakfast was very nice. A warm breakfast is much nicer than just cereal and such. The beds were very comfortable and we slept just fine. We used the pool and it was nice too. The price was fine. The location is right off the interstate and easy to find.

We arrived 30 mins before check-in, and they had the room ready so we could check in earlier. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. We had a king room with a sofa bed. Sofa bed is a twin/full size. We requested a rollaway bed (hotel was full and we weren't sure how much it would cost), and they were able to accommodate us for no additional charge. Breakfast was not a grab bag! Hot options were a variety of microwavable breakfast sandwiches. They also had yogurts, fruit, toast, bagels, cereal. Milk and juice variety, hot coffee, tea, and ice water was also available in the breakfast area. The pool and fitness room were open is less than a 15 mins drive to downtown Mobile.

Bathroom was a little small and shower head was not adjustable. Water is "hard" in this area (personal dislike).

I liked that they had a King room available.

The breakfast was very slim to none. Did not offer a good selection at all. The hotel itself was also under construction. Did not affect my stay at all but I did notice several amenities such as the pool were closed or not available due to this. Also was not advised by the hotel that they were under construction before my stay.

Hotel was sparkling clean ! The parking was safe and well lit.

Hotel signage from street. There is another "green symbol" hotel sign (no name on it) on the drive way right before the Wyndam. I pulled into the wrong parking lot and it was dark and borderline safe. After going in the people instructed me the Wyndam was next door. As I was leaving a car was pulling up, little did I know that these were also people looking for your hotel. We all met in the Wyndam lobby. But we were all female and it was unsettling to be wondering around in the dark alone.
