Nothing the lady working the front desk is disgusting u call on phone she was rude unconcern and when I go to property the location across is a low quality hotel folks hanging out drinking playing loud music so I go in ask if it’s safety to stay I’m driving a 2022 Mercedes with 1 kid the front desk clerk said u will not like staying here I can cancel ya room just a nasty experience so I said ok and I left to find a room in a safe atmosphere and nice and friendly staff came to Mobile Alabama for a Convention 2/10/23 That employee needs to be fired
Nothing the customer service was a turn off at hotel on phone first with to property’s hotel looks good on outside a cheap hotel across with folks hanging out and the hotel clerk doesn’t match Hilton sorry.

The room was very clean, and it was quiet on the property. Our bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. You could see the courtyard with grills and swimming pool from our room. The staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is at a great location with many restaurants close by and right off of I-65. We will definitely be back!
I don't have a negative thing to say about this hotel or our stay.

Breakfast was great the staff was phenomenal. They were very accommodating and making sure we got our handicapped room which was a great help with my mom in the wheelchair. The master king-size bed was very comfortable as well as the rollaway but I do have to say the mattress on the sleeper sofa it was absolutely miserable. Maybe look into doing a Tempur-pedic foam mattress for the future. Otherwise our stay was great we had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again

Clean and spacious room for my dogs. Close to my family.
Breakfast was just okay. Some of the food was overcooked. It smelled like popcorn on our floor. When we arrived the staff wasn't at the front desk so it took a while to check in.

Whitney the check out lady was very rude, got upset when we question about our bill. Pull the race card when white guests showed up. Disrespectful, condescending. I resent her attitude, I will never stay at this hotel again.

as a world traveler, staying in hotels every month somewhere, I was impressed here! everything was top of the notch! Reception, employees, breakfast, pool, gym, and the room! Comfy, everything new, towels and sheets brand new, quietness… one of the vest stays in my life!

1 bedroom suite ... bathroom wasnt seperate from king bed room so our kids had to come thru bedroom to use bathroom ..defeated purpose of getting a 1 bedroom suite .... other than that ..was a great stay
