La Quinta by Wyndham Mobile - Tillman's Corner

The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean! I loved that our room had a mini fridge with a freezer section as we were traveling with a toddler who depends on milk, and we use freezer packs in the diaper bag when we are out doing things. There was also a microwave! They have a snack/drink section downstairs, which was also great with 2 kids in tow! We only used the pool once because we had lots of other plans, but it was nice!

the location allowed us to easily visit beaches from Biloxi to Destin.

the beds were not quite as comfortable as we needed … noting that bed quality varies from person to person. two of the three in our party suffer from back and neck issues which the beds did not help. also, the breakfast was lame given what we’ve observed at other American hotel chains.

when I got to the room the keycard didn’t work and when I went to the front desk o saw other customers with the same problem. Another frequent traveler who stays there often commented it that also there’s problems with the door on the side that goes to the parking lot. So maybe the hotel should check on that, it is annoying when we are tired to go and back forward to the front desk.

This was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in… it smelled clean from the lobby to the bathroom. The staff was cheery and helpful. The rooms were just the right size and the beds were comfy. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and although they were FULL we had a restful stay with no noticeable noise from other rooms. Breakfast was nice with several yummy options.

The property itself was tucked in a nice quiet nook with the Holiday Inn Express but it was directly behind a gas station that was a little sketchy as far as lots of people walking with no real apparent destination. lots of action at the gas station that would have worried me if I had been with my younger daughter instead of my 6ft tall son.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was roomy and breakfast was good.

The down arrow on elevator didn't work (our room was on 2nd floor). Getting on the elevator from the 2nd floor, we had to hit the up arrow, just so the elevator would move. But if no one was waiting on the upper floor, once in the elevator we could then choose the down arrow. That was funny.

We travel with our dog and stay at La Quinta hotels because of their dog policy. The Tillman's Corner La Quinta met the high expectations we've gained from staying at other La Quintas, but what we especially liked was that ALL the members of the staff were friendly and helpful, The young woman who checked us in was wonderful, and so were the members of the maintenance staff we met in the hallways, and the two women who set up the breakfast in the morning. In times that are especially trying for anyone who does customer service work, the Tillman's Corner staff set a magnificent example.

The only slight problem we had was getting the key cards to work at first, but if you remember to line up the magnetic strip with the three little dots on the lock, the cards work every time.

The room was comfortable, far enough off the highway you couldn't hear truck traffic; The front staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to check in earlier than the posted time. I didn't have time to enjoy the full breakfast so I grabbed a couple of muffins and bottle of water on my way out. If I'm ever in the area and need a place to stay I will stay here again.

The bed was a little worn and the towels were pretty thin.

The room was nice and room service was on point. Also was in a good location. Front desk was helpful each and every time.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and breakfast wasn’t really all that good. You can hear others from their rooms and nothing like having a big barking dog wake your baby up in the middle of the night. Key card kept malfunctioning. price was different from the booking price.

I received my preferred first floor room which was located very close to the fitness room, open all hours, just need a key. The front desk staff was very cheerful and helpful in answering any questions I had.

Unfortunately, the location of the room was also directly across from the elevator. I don't understand guests who don't respect other guests privacy and quiet by talking in normal speaking voice while walking down hallways. And parents don't teach their children how to behave in a hotel either by shushing them for talking too loud. My experience at the hotel was marred by a few families who talked among themselves while waiting for the elevator Sunday morning.

The entire hotel was clean the desk clerk was very helpful also breakfast area excellent super clean the entire staff friendly

Everything was to our standards couldn’t ask for better . They even had dog treats at the front desk one great stay !excellent
