The staff was so helpful. The room was very comfortable & clean. The breakfast was different with various types of breakfast items.

I was on the 3rd floor the child that was on the 4th floor above me got on my nerves. The running back and forth with the jumping. I called down to complain but nothing happened till about 10:30 pm. Then started back up around 8 am.

Clean, safe, and well lit. The front desk staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Cleaning staff knocked on my door (like the police)on the last day to ask if I was checking out twenty minutes before my check out time. No one had been by the entire stay to see if I needed tissue or anything else. (I’m sure due to Covid.) However, to rush me out was rude. I was packing at the time. I took my trash out of the room and disposed of it myself in the large can by the pool. It was not a good way to end a great stay. I did speak with the front desk staff before I left. They were very apologetic. I would stay there again, despite the one negative incident.

The breakfast was very good, hot breakfast well done. The location was easy to goo anywhere, several restaurant in the area and shopping store in case you need it.

May suggest a pression wash the concrete entrance under the roof, right in the entrance.

they charged me more than booking.com , and I was told they couldn’t get in touch with booking.com to correct.

Breakfast was terrible. It is one of the most important things to me when selecting my home away from home. Due to the pandemic I start my days off horribly without a great hot breakfast and personal attention in the mornings.

Most of the floor staff was super friendly and courteous. Most staff members went out of their way to make me and my wife feel at home but, the front desk attendant and Manager were the most non courteous of all staff. My first impression is the first person you speak to. With the short answers and lack of personality I wasn’t welcomed as friendly as I would like. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to be nice, smile and make people feel welcome for spending our hard earned money at your establishment.

The kitchen Asst. Deborah was amazing. not only was she very kind & polite but she was amazing. if only there were more people like her. Thank you Deborah for helping in the breakfast area. God Bless You♥️

The staffs were awesome and the facility was spotless! The breakfast menu selections were not as good as my stay two years ago, but Covid-19 restrictions limited what type of food could be served. The staff were very accommodating. I wish they had a wine bottle opener as a loaner. :)

Floor entry wasn’t clean the caulking between tiles were very dirty & area by tv had dust ,, to keep a 2019 hotel in mint condition it must be cleaned properly.

Size of the room. Amenities. Location to interstate. Staff was pleasant.

Our room was not ready upon arrival. We had to wait 45 minutes. I Requested trash pickup and fresh towels before I left for the day on Saturday at 9am came back at 5:30 PM trash still in room no fresh towels.
