Didn’t know it allowed animals

It was a family trip I enjoyed my room nd everything was very nice, the only problem I had was I came back to the room late after 11pm nd the front entrance was locked. No sign on the door just locked. I called the to see why the young lady was very rude nd all she kept saying it was for SAFETY PURPOSES I told her how am I suppose to get in my room she said use the side doors, I told her I have three 68 74 & 75yr old woman on rollators w/me they can't walk to no side door. She finally unlocked the door. There should've been something in the door or posted somewhere to@least make ppl aware that the door will be locked@a certain time. It's not what she saud it's how she saud it night employees need more training.

The fact that the front entrance to the hotel was locked upon us returning to our room, also NO GRITS FOR BREAKFAST🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

The location was great, as I was traveling on I-85 and needed a place to stop for the night and return easily to driving the next day. The entire hotel was sold out, so I’m glad I had a pre-paid reservation.

Parking was very tight, as I had a trailer in tow. The window in my room would not completely close, allowing for love bugs to fly in (which one did and landed on arm while I was asleep). Also, the room was pretty dark, despite having Al of the small lamps on.

The room was very clean and spacious! Bed was extremely comfy and the snacks/drinks that we got late that night were a way better price than we expected. Location was good too, close to the interstate if you wanted to head off somewhere while also being right next to Eastchase if you wanted to do some shopping. Staff was very friendly other than our first minor hiccup.

We had to actively seek someone out to check us in; there was unfortunately no one at the desk or behind in the back rooms. Turns out they were sitting in the breakfast area on their phone with headphones in, which I would have been fine with if it were late at night or they were on break, but it was right when our Check-In time was, at 3:00PM. They were very kind after the fact, and apologized, I just wish it didn't take us actively hunting to find them in the first place.

Very clean, comfortable, large room. Room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker and was nicely furnished. Guest laundry facilities available. Pet friendly hotel.

Room lighting was terrible. (Note to hotel: LED bulbs aren't that expensive anymore and you'll more than make up the costs in power savings!) Our bathroom linens should have been relegated to the ragbin a long time ago and replaced with new items. Breakfast was very poor.

The room was nice and spacious! My family and I had enough room to move around and enjoy the space. There was breakfast available each morning...something simple but nice.

One of the elevators was out of operation. There is an indoor pool, but it is not heeated. Therefore, the water was cold! If you move around enough, you may eventual warm up.

We returned to our room after 11pm@night nd the 2 main sliding doors were locked nd I was w/a group of women over the age of 70 whom was unable to walk all the way to the side door just to get back inside the hotel. I feel like there should been some kinda side posted on the front doors 24/7 saying that the doors will lock after a certain time. The night time person was very rude nd was very nonchalant.

The situation is convenient and food options are nearby. Confort is also good, ample rooms, good zircon, well appointed bathroom and functioning shower.

The breakfast is awful. Coffee is little more than coloured water, and the choices are scarce and look just reheated from the day before. In a 3 week roatrip this is probably the worst breakfast I was offered.

We liked everything about our stay. The facility was clean, and the check in process was smooth. We had two rooms that were located across the hall from one another so that was an extra perk. Rooms were great.

Our only frustrations were 1. the tv in the single King Room was set on Apple TV and they could not get it to work, 2. a few hours before checkout we were asked by staff if we were ready to leave. And 3. Our alarm clock went off at 6 AM( we did not set) as well as an alarm clock in a neighboring room which apparently did not have a guest staying in it, so it went off for hours...

Easy to get to. I think this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel!

There were a LOT of children swimming running around and had the lobby, the hallway and the elevator covered in standing water. It was such a slip hazard! The elevators didn’t work properly, it may have been due to the kids playing on them.
