Hilton Garden Inn Oxford/Anniston, AL

It was very convenient to all the places we visited and very, very clean. Great new Keurig coffee maker in the room. However, lids & cup sizes didn't match, no biggie.

Although very clean & comfortable, my end room 302 had constent noises, the toilet kept runnning, the thermostat repeatedly clicked and made an electrical buzz sounds. Also, it was very busy and yet only one staff person at check-in. She was extremely polite but the line took 30 minutes.

This was first time we stayed with Hilton and we will return this place was amazing all the way around.

The original room on the third floor was filled with cigarette smoke, we did get moved to the 2nd floor for that reason but maybe monitoring that a little more wouldn’t be a bad idea.

The beds was really comfortable and they actually give you a comfortner and not the thin sheets normal hotel give. It was also super clean and accommodating.

I did like the curtains. In Alabama the Sun comes up at 5 they should have where you are able to shut the curtains. They only have the light color blinds that did not keep the sun out.

I work at Moes in Oxford and the week prior, I delivered a catering to this hotel and saw how beautiful it was. My mom was wanting a little get away from home to just relax, so I decided to surprise her and get her 2 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn. I had no hesitation on which hotel to pick from. We only live about 20 miles from this hotel, but when you’re in the hotel, you feel like you’re not even in the same state. The room was spacious with a big flatscreen and comfortable king size bed. My mom also enjoyed the large shower and the coffee maker with multiple flavor selections. Needless to say, my mom never left her room for 2 nights. She’s a hard worker and works 50+ hours a week. So Hilton gave her the prefect environment to relax and unwind from it all. The staff were pleasant and very helpful letting us know where our room was and the best place to park. Thank you for all of your hard work here at the hotel. It definitely shows!

That you take large holding deposit on arrival then keep my money for 7 working days after I’ve checked our. Know it’s a company policy but feels like money making exercise with my money

The staff was friendly, lobby and room was clean. I liked having a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Beds were comfortable. TV and remote worked well.

I like to sleep with no outside light filtering in but the curtains would not allow complete shut out of light. Also, when using the toilet you had to hold the handle down till it completely flushed before letting go.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and the location was perfect. Our room was clean and spacious. No complaints and we will definitely visit again!

The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub was closed. The pool was open and very clean but the water was to cold for me to enjoy but the kids loved it!

Evrrything was lovely, except the location. It's in " the Exchange" in Oxford, AL, and that place is a traffic nightmare. Nothing to do with the hotel itself...it was great!

Breakfast was good. Location was ok. We didn't realize it was going to be so far from the college which is where we were going for our nieces graduation.

The air condition was really loud and made it hard to sleep.

Unfortunately one of the staff members named Jessica was really rude to my family, I believe it was because of the color of our skin.
