Gadsden Inn and Suites

The room was outstanding. Had a small kitchen that was unexpected but nice. The outdoor area was lovely to drink our morning coffee with a view of the river. The staff was so welcoming when we checked in and at checkout.

The pool closed earlier than we liked. We had an event that evening and were not even able to get in the beautiful pool. While we appreciated the breakfast there could have been a few more choices. We only had yogurt, microwavable biscuit and 1 kind of cereal to chose from. More options would have been wonderful. These things do not take away from the fact that it was a great place to stay and we will be back.

Oh a lot the staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff was super accommodating . The pool was large and the waterfall was one of the main reasons we stayed there. Plus the room was spacious and the jacuzzi in the bathroom another reason for choicing Gadsden inn and suites.

The hours of the pool wish it stayed open till 10 pm with it being so hot this summer a little night swimming would have been nice.

I absolutely love the Beautiful Suites with the spa tub, very relaxing & enjoyable with my boyfriend! Very romantic place to stay in Gadsden with nice attractions, boardwalk, & places to eat!

I did not eat breakfast but I loved my kitchenette and the room service attendants. What a wonderful experience. These ladies cleaned and mopped my room every day. The location is beautiful overlooking the lake. I

I can’t think of one thing that could have been improved on. I love to stay there. It’s easy when I book through booking.com.

Check in was easy, plenty of parking available.

We heard lots of parking lot noise (cars coming and going, alarms activated, doors slamming) throughout night as well as very loud knocking on a door close by at around 3:00AM. Also we were awakened multiple times by nearby toilets flushing. There was nowhere to place shampoo in shower. The sink was oddly close to the ground, I’m average height.

Property was clean and and very well kept. Staff was super friendly and helpful with local eateries and directions. Alabama has some great hospitality!!

The free breakfast didn’t have as many options as most others I have stayed at, but most importantly, there was coffee!!!! I can only eat certain things, so that’s on me, however I felt the selection could have been better.

Loved the suite and bathtub! The 7-8am staff were the sweetest! Very friendly. Close proximity to food and other places.

The pool times weren’t convenient and the rules were ridiculous. When booking, I put that we had 2 adults and 2 small children. When we arrived, they told us our room was for 2 people only. Therefore, only 2 people could go to the pool instead of as a family. Pools should also open up earlier that 11am and close around 10pm. If people go do stuff during the day, you can’t swim before or after because of the times. The breakfast could’ve been better. We like a full breakfast but was decent.

I loved staying at Gadsden Inn & Suites!

I seen nothing I did not like. The hotel was very well maintained, very clean. The staff always presented themselves to me as well with the other quest with professionalism, and the desire to help us with our needs. The atmosphere was refreshing.

The rooms are very affordable & always exceptionally clean. Staff was very kind, friendly & efficient. No real issues, bed was firmer than my personal liking. Breakfast was more of an “on the go” type of breakfast, cereal, microwave sandwiches.

I wouldn’t say there was anything “bad” with our stay. Somethings are just personal preference.

Size of the room and all the amenities in the room. It was very quiet.

The bathroom whirpool tub was enormous but difficult entry exit for somebody like me with knee problems. I felt it was too dangerous for me to enjoy. I like the idea of it but not accessible to all. Shower was in that tub so I couldn't use it at all. Had to wash up at the sink.
