Front desk wasn’t always occupied. I had to wait until they returned from somewhere.

Location was fine. I am a "picky" breakfast eater but it was adequate. I liked that they had bananas and some low carb yogurt. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and it was good for him. My other family members didn't eat the breakfast.

There was no ability to make coffee in the room. The coffee, cups, condiments for coffee were there but they were missing a part on the pot that upon calling the front desk, I was told they no longer can get. The front desk said they had been out two months. I told front desk that they should have a tent card in each room and also tell the guests upon arrival that they couldn't make coffee in the room. Or, maybe even replace the pots they use wit another kind. On the weekend, we expect to make coffee in our rooms - especially since the hotel had all the supplies for making it. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

The staff was very friendly! The housekeeper Nina was very sweet and respectful!

Breakfast was the only disappointment. I understand about the situation we are in but there is better ways and alternatives then this. They fix the cereal or a frozen muffin!

The room was great. It was very nicely quiet, I was never woke up due to noise. Great shower too, and the staff was A+++

The breakfast was the only really disappointing thing. I couldn’t eat it. The ice machine was out of order on my floor, but did work on the other floors, so just a tiny inconvenience. The cost was a bit pricey in my opinion too. Several members in my party got a much better nightly rate, but had booked many months in advance. It seemed that the rates were raised because the hotel was aware we were there for a large charity event for our veterans, which just doesn’t sit well with me at all. The main reason i didn’t book elsewhere was because my past experiences with the Hampton Inn have always had a great breakfast, which makes it a better value. I will probably stay elsewhere next year.

Breakfast lacked my first morning there. Had breakfast at 8, nothing left hardly, a few potatoes, two slices of ham, no sausage or bacon, no donuts, no yogurt, no muffing.

Once confirmed online we were given a “total price of your stay” of $182.59 but we noticed on our bank account that we were charged $211.89. a difference of $29.30 which isn’t A LOT but if you quote a customer a price, it SHOULD be that price!

We stayed here for a state pageant. Everything was booked and we did not get the room we had booked. A lot of people were very upset. The front desk staff, a wonderful person named Jemia, went out of her way to make this trip wonderful and helped destress my daughter. I could not give her enough stars!!!

Perfect location to Interstate.

Room was not exceptionally clean. It was obvious that is was a fast walk thru clean and not an actual clean. Dirty towels in bathtub. This hotel is old and is in need of a serious updating.

Staff was very nice , great breakfast ;-)

Beds very uncomfortable, lay down and roll off the side , 2nd person moves you move like on an air mattress .
