Hampton Inn Phoenix/Anthem

The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, especially, for a hotel free breakfast. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long drive. The professional staff was better than expected. Oh! The price was awesome, as there was 5 of us total. Since nowadays, everything is so expensive, we were able to do our little summer trip with the kids. They even worked with us, when we had to reschedule at the last minute.

They don’t, actually, have microwaves in their rooms and we planned on it, to save some money. Although, when we brought that up at the front desk, they helped us out. Thank you so much!

I was disappointed that booking.com had issues with my reservation for the second time this trip. The hotels were fine, the people at booking.com helped me just fine but to begin with why did I have so many problems with a simple reservation through booking.com? Booking.com you need to be a better middleman! I’m going straight to the hotels from now on!

The Check In Clerk was pleasant and professional. He was very welcoming I made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would stay there again. Our room 203 was clean and fresh. Like the updated decore. COMFORTABLE mattress!!!!!!! Clean and bright bathroom. Everything works!

The pool could be cleaner. The pool furniture cushions were stained and unappealing. No microwave in room 203. Not a deal breaker, though.

Allowed me a late check out, then helpful in extending my stay. I have Parkinson's disease & I didn't feel well enough to keep driving. They were sympathetic & accomidated me. Thank you all very much for your kindness & flexibility. Sincerely, Emily McElyea

Liked the room. The location was easy to get to and from. Since we were staying there for more than 3 nights we got a microwave placed in our room. We were farthest down the hall and was very quiet.

Didn't like the breakfast kitchen area! The bed wasn't very comfortable. The rooms don't come with a microwave!

Everything was really nice . The room and facility was cute.

The front desk lady didn't seem too involved with the check in . The AC was noisy and the bed seemed broken. The elevator didn't seem convenient.

Convenience of location for special celebration. also, the room was big with a foldout couch. Lots of space. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner.

It was nice having a breakfast available each morning, especially with kids. The room was bigger than expected so that was nice - it had a little couch area. Super close to the freeway, stores/restaurants, and gas station. Check-in staff were friendly and funny.

We had minor issues but those were communicated to the staff.

I thought the hotel was perfectly clean and quiet. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet very much. It was affordable and there was plenty of information about attractions in the area.

It was quite a ways away from downtown Phoenix, and rides to and from the airport were expensive. There were only a few restaurants within easy travel distance.

Other Hamptons we stayed at offered more in their breakfast. We wanted a more substantial breakfast because we weren't planning on stopping for lunch and needed a heartier meal.

The stay was fine and in the location we wanted. Every Hampton was good and we wouldn't let the breakfast bar determine if we would stay again or not.
