Our room was immaculate!!! I requested that everything big cleaned top to bottom and housekeeping delivered! The gentleman that checked us in was fabulous too. I went shopping several times and dropped a new brush in the lobby and didn't realize it. The gentleman at the front desk saw it and called me thinking it was mine because he had seen me going in and out with shopping bags. I was so grateful he cared enough to call and see if that was my brush! This is the cleanest, friendliest Holiday Inn Express we'd ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot across the nation!

The 117 degree heat!

The hotel and room were very clean! Breakfast was good and every employee we ran across, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and accommodating! I've traveled quite a bit in my life, and this was easily one of THEE best hotel stays I've had! I stayed for a week so there was plenty of time to be displeased, but that was never the case. Extremely happy!

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, there were a couple very minor issues. The guide on the TV always indicated a different show no matter what channel you tried to watch, probably a provider issue and not a hotel issue, and I'm not a fan of turkey sausage when they didn't have pork sausage, but that's it. Definitely not big problems and I didn't mind these things, not a big deal.

everything was much better than I imagined, everything was very clean, the rooms excellent and the beds very comfortable and extremely clean, I want to thank kayla who was the one who cleaned the room they gave me, everything was super clean and the aroma excellent, I surpass my expectations, and very friendly reception, without a doubt it is my hotel for when I return to Phoenix for any reason, thank you very much to the whole team, the breakfast was very rich, my family loved the service in general, it is the first hotel to which I wish to return...

Super clean. Friendly staff. Loved being in walking distance of a great deal of shopping and restaurants. They were helpful changing my booking to an early arrival. loved the blackout curtains.

Personally, I like a hotel with a restaurant for convenience. I asked for new towels and they asked me to put out old towels for exchange. Which I did. They took my old towels but not leave new towels. But I did inform the front desk and they put some in my room when I was out.

Knowing I would have a great hot breakfast to started my day was exceptional. The small variations each day was good. The cleanliness of the room and the entire facility was truly exceptional. The staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the gym, pool and the outdoor sitting areas every day. The pool towels are awesome. It was a Stayingcozy, comfortable place to relax and stay.

room service is only on Friday we got there Thursday so when we asked for room service they said it was only done on Friday they never mentioned that room service was only on Friday when we got there and we stayed till Monday they never picked up the dirty towels ran out of toilet paper on Sunday had to call so we could get new roll dirty towels we’re bunched in corner of room our trash was never picked up had to throw our own trash outside room In trash cans

Breakfast was good. I wish there was bacon available everyday. The front desk staff was very nice and took care of things I needed.

We absolutely hated the casting feature on the TV. We spent way too much time dealing with it, even with tech assistance. We had to reboot devices and waste more than an hour to get it going. No one ever showed up to properly set up the Google Chrome in my daughter's room. Tech said that it was not listed in their system. It would have been better to leave this off the TVs. We would have preferred using our HDMI cable.

Breakfast was really nice.

I booked at one location and my confirmation was to a different location which I drove all the way there to fine out I didn't have a reservation at that location. The staff member found that I was confirmed for wrong location verified the correct location for me which I already drove pass! When I got to the correct location the staff member that checked me in said it happens all the time and it's booking.com issue not theirs! She was very rude, but everything and everyone else was great.

The room was spacious. Cleaning was good and the breakfasts were good.

I was more than satisfied with the amenities and the stay, but definitely did not feel the room was worth $300 per night, especially considering we stayed for 12 nights.

I absolutely LOVED how clean everything was. It was pristine & everything was just so tidy & well kept. The staff were friendly & accommodating with any requests. The breakfast was self serve but EVERYTHING was kept clean/sanitary. I really enjoyed my stay & would HIGHLY recommend to anyone/ everyone. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

I love swimming...I think instead of closing the pool at 10pm...keep it open until Midnight...I mean, the facility gym is open 24hrs, so why not keep the pool open until midnight?!!!😊😁
