Nice and clean place, comfy bed.

Paper thin walls which allow you to hear your neighbor breathe

The beds were very confortable, the room was clean, the location close to the freeway was perfect for my travel. The swimming pool was also nice and the night staff was very friendly even I arrived very late.

the breakfast. I had wished there would be at least some French toast or other typical American breakfast. They offered only toast with jam, muesli and some sweet cookie-like things. I came half an hour before closing to the breakfast room and it was almost all empty. Asked for milk and was then provided, but sharply on closing time removed. I found also disturbing that they clean up while I am still eating. Also the TV was running during breakfast which to me is an absolute NO.

I liked the location. I was not happy what so ever with the 3 PM check in. I was tired & wanted a couple hrs to rest before my next obligation. I had to wait for 3 hrs to get my bags checked in to the room. I had to keep them in my vehicle & change my clothes in a public bathroom 😡😡

As a mentioned above. The bathroom door didn't stadjacent.. it hit me in the back as I tried to get ready in the morning at a bathroom sink.. not a sink with a PROPER counter. JUST a sink

The showers head was the best we have had at a hotel in years!!! Staff was way helpful always. Microwave and mini fridge KILLER!

The entry door in the middle of the building was harder than all the other doors we used. It could use a new pad.

The room was clean and very quiet, even with the planes fitting over once in a segue. The parking lot was also clean.

The entry/ exit door didn’t always want to open. Has to push or put the key several times before it responded but not a big deal, just a little inconvenient when your arms are full. Breakfast was terrible, not enough offered..

Our flight arrived at on time at 9PM but we had a very long wait at the car rental office, around 1030PM we received a call from the hotel asking if we were still coming, it was nice that they checked and waited for us. We were planning to go to Sedona the next morning and the location was perfect for us since it was out of central Phoenix already. The hotel was as clean, a bit dated but not bad. Very good for a one night stay.

Nice clean updated room. Bathroom was brand new. Nice shower. Good size refrigerator. Had a microwave. Friendly staff. Great location. Felt safe inside and out. They are updating the rooms.

Outside garbage can was overflowing so people had stacked their garbage on the ground around it.
