Days Inn by Wyndham Bullhead City

The room was large, usable desk, comfortable bed, hot strong shower, LOTS of drawer space. Cofee maker (the coffee provided was weak but when I get extra coffee from the front desk, much improved. Fridge and microwave. The room was mostly quiet - no noise from other rooms. A constant low mechanical sound - from the fridge? Noise from the outside was intrusive but aside from a barking dog (grumble) who woke me one night just after midnight not a huge problem. Front desk staff was first rate - breakfast adequate, some items changed daily and breakfast starts at 6:30 a, and goes until 9, so early departure or sleep in, you still can make it - overall, I was pleased enough to leave a large box of chocolates for the front desk staff when I left. When I was booking, I had to change my dates - they not only accommodated me but alerted me that my change had a change in fees - which lowered my bill!

I know there is a COVID problem - but cleaning was not up to what I would expect. I was there for ten days - had the room cleaned three times, the last the day before I left - 4 days with NO cleaning. And the cleaning itself was slapdash - the bed was made, the towels and sheets changed - but the shampoo was only replaced once, the floor, as far as I could tell was NEVER swept. I would step in the shower and the dirt rolled off the bottom of my feet! A cigar band I had left on purpose was still there after the "cleaning."

The breakfast wats amazing.the room size and the appliances in the room was amazing and couch bed

We had blood in the sheets and the general Mgr was not accommodating..she act like she didn't care and she didn't even apologize for the sheets having blood she says i can only give u 20 percent off..and personally i think the room should of been free

the room was nice and clean they brought us clean towels and when i ask for coffee packs they gave them to us i like that we had a good size room .

i dont like that other people smoke there cigs and pot right by there room and we get it inside of our rooms or there all sitting out side working on there cars and drinking and being loud, the only thing i didnt like was the doggie aera was nasty cause people werent picking up after there pets and grass was not taking care of and alot of trash beer cans and bottles and trash,

The breakfast was excellent, clean, and organized. Your employee was doing an awesome job of re-stocking items running low. She was also very nice and friendly. The front desk clerks at check in and check out were also kind and friendly. My room was nice and clean with alot of space. The parking area was also very well kept.

It was a little weird having to drive around the corner to get to the lobby but, not a big deal. Slow flushing toilet and the mattress was a little stiff with a loose base. Overall, I was satisfied as I overlooked those small details. Thank you

Stay was pleasant they are remodeling 1st floor so no level entry had to do stairs. Room was descent no table or chairs to sit at but 1 descent lounge chair and mo coffee maker.room was clean bed was nice.Had a small TV but fridge and microwave in the room.Brkfst had no eggs or protein but if you like waffles and biscuits and gray( turkey not sausage) some cereals,muffins juice,milk,coffee then you'd be good.price was descent location was descent.

Breakfast was good. Room was better than I expected. I was given a queen bed with a couch. Room was clean.

The family that stayed in the room next door was very loud. I stopped back at the hotel during mid afternoon and all they did was scream and curse at one another. When I came back after the evening out, they were still screaming. I had to turn on the air conditioner in the room which muffled the sound.

The Breakfast was one of the best that I have experienced . It was a full Breakfast! The Bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great as the temperature was 121 outside and never got below 107 at night.

The floors in the bedroom were very dirty. Looked like they had not been mopped in months. Refrigerator was on its last life but it still worked.

Close to casinos and my son and his family in Bullhead City. Nice hot breakfast/coffee every morning with a nice selection of juices and cereal as well. Working pool and hot tub. Staff was excellent!!!

Access is from outside and stairs are old and held a lot of water in the landings during and after the rains.

Good and the diferent menu ist wonderful but I'm going with my family in group and we rent more the 14 rooms and when we go to the lobby the second day the personal see to many people and they don't want a serving more food and few persons in the group don't take breakfast

The breakfast personal don't serving breakfast until 9:00am and the rules is 6:30 to 9:30am and some persons in my family dont reach breakfast

We arrived for our stay, after a exhausting 6-hour drive in the overwhelming heat, but were unfortunately greeted in the parking lot by two very disrespectful staff members who told us to move our car. We agreed to move our car but didn't do quick enough for them ???? So they canceled our reservation for that reason ??? We did not end up not staying that night, but visited the next morning to speak to the manager Christy O'Brien. After we explained the situation from the previous night, Christy apologize profusely and comped us a room for the following night and gave us points for our Wyndham account due to the inconvenience caused by the staff from the night before...thank you Christy O'Brien for making our stay as wonderful as all of the previous times before.
