Arizona Inn

A clean, comfortable room with a firm but compliant bed, lots of pillows, well lit, easy to block out external light with the ample blinds, a hot shower with good pressure, a split cycle heater/AC that isn't too noisy, pleasant reception staff, ample parking, food choices within walking or short driving range, easy access to I-40 & hwy 93, but far enough there's very little noise, & good value for money the several times I've stayed there. It is my go-to in Kingman.

Not much to dislike, really.

Room was very clean the bed was very comfortable had a good nights sleep. Bathroom spotless all in all a good place

Nothing it was as expected.

Budget motel, the kind where you get to park right in front of your room. Great for a single overnight stay! Desk guy was super helpful; directed me to the best place to get some things I needed. Live music going on in the park across the street when I arrived; when I was ready for quiet, they (coincidentally) packed up and left! I want to see more of historic Kingston, AZ, and will probably return to the same place when I do. Other motels of this sort are available in the area, and may appear better kept...but I was happy here and it was freeway close for a quick early morning exit.

The building could be updated, but then the prices would rise...so it's fine as it is!

Room was a good size (had some extra room to keep my bicycle inside), two queen beds, bathroom recently renovated, the heater/AC unit looked new and worked well, fridge was large and quiet, good quality TV and lots of channels (excellent reception), the room was quiet, carpeting was clean and had a good underlay, lots of parking and spaces were wide, good shower & lots of hot water.

The blankets were a bit light for this time of year - we needed to use the heater for most of the night. One of the bulbs in the light fixture above the sink appeared to be "burned out" but it just had not been "plugged into" the socket. I fixed it.

I stayed one night with family (4 of us) on a stopover from Vegas to Grand Canyon. Arizona Inn doesn't look fancy from outside , but the interior of the room is clean ,reasonably spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Staff is friendly , no fuss. Location is right in the smack center of Kingman town. Just across the road is mohave route 66 museum . Value for money .

The door bold was a bit hard to push to lock position , but acceptable .

It's a typical mid century property in many ways, but it has cleaned up very well; much better than you would expect. Its next to my old high school and it was old even back when i graduated in 1982! However, the room was super clean and smelled fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and lots of pillows, and the tub and shower were gleaming and had very good water pressure. It is clear that the owners take pride in their business and I will stay there again the next time I visit my hometown. Good job Patel family!

A coffee maker in the room would be nice but not a huge deal.

It has been too long since we stayed here but I do remember how hot it was so we drove to nearby places in the evening. Otherwise, they location is great for walking to the downtown area and the craft breweries there.

A busload of high school students pulled in after us ... But other than some loud conversations around 11pm (typical), we were not bothered by them. This is probably not an everyday occurrence here.

The staff were incredible. This appears to be a family run business. They were great at check-in. There was another group checking in ahead of us and to avoid keeping us waiting another person came out to check us in at the same time. We had a burned out light bulb. I let the front desk know and within just a few minutes they were there to change the bulb. I would have rated 10 rather than 8, but this is a budget property so it was basic. It was clean. The beds were comfortable.

I like EVERYTHING about the Arizona Inn. As always, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. I frequent the Arizona Inn about twice a month and I will continue to stay here during any and all trips to Kingman.

Nothing has ever let me down when dealing with the Arizona Inn.

This is an older property (previously a Travelodge) with outside entrances to rooms. Although the outside showed it's age, the rooms had been updated/renovated and very nice. Not a "fancy" place, but comfortable, clean, and quiet except for the local traffic, which is normal when located close to a main thoroughfare. The staff was friendly, and helpful when needed. Parking was plentiful and the motel was located near local attractions.

The outside of the motel could use some updating as it could be somewhat discouraging to a traveler at first glance.
