That Destiny was willing to make sure that I could do a cash deposit for the room she did everything she could for us as well as Becky she was just as awesome helping her to get that done for us.Not to mention that Eric was great as well he was always there to help. These are the kind of people that make a hotel stay better when your trip was longer then you expected because they actually show they do care about people and their jobs..They all deserve a raise and recognition for all they do when things are hectic....The lady that prepares breakfast didn't get her name but her as well was very attentive to everyone's needs....We will be back ......

I found this property to be extremely nice, the clerk when checking me in was so kind and helpful. I loved how easy it was to get to and how close to the interstate. We had a queen suite and it was huge! I have never stayed in a room so big before. The beds were very comfortable. We missed breakfast, due to getting a later start then planned the next morning. but The area they served it was very big and looked nice.

There was food left in the mini fridge from a previous guest. This made me question what else might have been overlooked while being cleaned.

close to freeway close to a hospital and shopping . On the road to the western overlook to the Grand Canyon. plenty of good air to breath .

Couldn't control the temperature in our room , Didn't have Breakfast which they advertised for that property . The toluit in the bathroom its protective seal on the seat was peeling off it . The staff that they have had in past was few between. I even had to help a guest that was front desk waited about 15 min. for the front deck person to show up she was showing something to another person in the back of the hotel . Thank God Ive worked for the Hilton Corp. in the past and worked to help her with her needs.

The hotel location was well placed and easy to find from the interstate. The neighborhood and area behind the hotel made for a scenic run the following morning. Even though I didn't go far enough to check them out, I did notice there were a number of hiking/running trails not far from the hotel. If I'd had more time I would've gone to check them out. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover the gym and pool were both open with reasonable restrictions due to covid. The room was spacious, up to date, and very clean.

My only complaint was NOTHING for breakfast. I was aware most hotels stopped doing continental breakfasts due to covid. However, several of the hotels I used during my trip at least offered muffins, breakfast protein/granola bars, and/or fruit as grab-n-go options instead. One hotel I used even did breakfast goody bags. Considering this hotel was the 2nd most expensive one I stayed at, I would've hoped there'd be something more besides coffee.

The location along with the comfort of the beds . The rooms were clean and downstairs facility had plenty of space.

The exterior area needs some refreshing as the facility is showing its age. The rooms have too many bulky older furniture and hard to move around the room. Very much outdated tv entertainment. No warm coffee in the lobby in late afternoon at checkin time. Understand the breakfast situation but brown bags given with bagel and eggs. Had no interest in the breakfast and went to local restaurant for breakfast.

Great front desk staff! They were friendly and quick to help with any request. Very nice ladies. I had a booking.com issue but they took care of it.

Only one negative. All of the literature in the room and on the back of our rooms door clearly has check out listed as 12:00 p.m. Evidently they are wrong. Coming back from breakfast the housekeeper ask if we were requesting a late checkout because checkout was at 11 am. So, I had to hurry. grab my things and go.

This was out fourth time to stay here. We are older and need some special attention. Courtney. The night staff, was very helpful and kind.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful when we realized we had 5 adults in a 2 bed room…since we had booked with booking they couldn’t do much but they got us a rollaway and extras to make it as comfortable as possible..they went above and beyond for us. And we appreciated it.

The lay out of the facility is kinda funky but other than that not much to not like.

Professional staff. The location was great. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Shops close by. Has a clean pool and hot tub! Our room was large and clean. Bed was good. Shower was perfect. Air conditioning was good. Nice furniture in room. No odors. Tv channel choices were few but may just be location issue.

Everything was fine. No complaints

Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The key card wouldn't work on the outside doors, and it usually took several swipes before it would open the door to my room.
