Cambria Hotel Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center

The place was clean, bed was comfy and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Definitely stay again.

The cleaners didn't fully clean the room they changed the bed sheets but didn't take the dirty glasses (still there)or replenish the tea station or cups. This was more the cleaners than the hotel they didn't clean the room I had to call down to reception after noticing they passed my room i spoke to the cleaner and she said it's not my day which it was,(day 3) they came back later but just did a very quick sheet change and that's it. My room was only clean once in 7 days due to the cleaners coming at 8am to clean (day6)but we were still asleep they didn't come back.

This hotel is an excellent choice, and property the best hotel I've stayed at in America from the point of view of value for money. Excellent location in Chandler (walking distance to some very good restaurants including the Sicilian butcher/bakery, and very close to the fashion centre). I did not use the pool but it was very appealing. breakfast was good, and the waitress extremely efficient and polite. Ditto for the bar: waiter serves generous portions for spirits (greatly appreciated)! They also accommodated a very late arrival (1am in the morning) and made it super efficient for me. Very nice and large room. Very friendly reception staff. Also free supply of fresh water / coffee in the reception lounge area that is a plus.

Just wish I could have stayed longer! An extremely minor points: the breakfast potatoes could do with cooking for a bit longer IMO.

The location was amazing! It is close to everything. Target, DSW, and other stores are across the street. Panera Bread is in the same lot as the hotel and the Chandler Fashion Center is down the street (walking distance). The bathroom is nice. Bluetooth feature on the mirror (we didn't use it because we didn't ask for the password, but it is a cool feature if you would use it), spacious bathroom, and long countertop. The room is spacious too. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Last, the fitness room was great. It had many options.

We had a couple of issues with the room, but the hotel staff corrected the issue immediately. I can't remember the gentleman that helped us on our first day, but he and Lana helped us out with the issues. The breakfast menu and dinner menu were alright. Not much to pick from, but it was nice to have the option to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. The ice machine went out on our floor. We had to go to the next floor for ice, but that wasn't so bad. Although these issues occurred, I would consider staying here again.

Great location. Right next to the Fashion Island shopping mall as well as Costco. The restaurant next door, the Sicilian Butcher, is total worth it. Staff is very helpful. Hotel has a beautiful lobby and bar, and it is clean all around. Will stay here again for our next trip to the area.

Lighting in the room could be improved. It's either mood lighting, too dark to function in the room, or very bright LED lamps which destroys any semblance of rest. Maybe use warm colored LED bulbs to improve ambience?

I heard Phoenix was a pit to travel to and this hotel was probably one of the nicest in the area. Large room with comfy king bed, huge bathroom, architecturally well thought out and designed. Great gym with Everything I needed- row machine, bike, TRX, free weights- it has it all

No complaints - pleasantly surprised- only downfall is being in the parking lot of a mall.

I love how sleek the accommodations were. The light behind the bed and above the tv was pretty cool. It gave off enough light, but wasn't overly bright in comparison to a regular light. The staff was great, friendly and accommodating as soon as we walked in the door. There was an issue with the room keys when we first came, but it was fixed and our keys were done later that day. The bed was super comfy and gave a great nights rest. Loved the Bluetooth feature in the bathroom. Listening to my tunes while in the shower was a plus. The shower was perfect and the temperature of the hot water was to my liking and came out in an even flow (that's if you care about that kind of thing). The entire stay was enjoyable.

the room felt a bit cold at night. do dinner option upon arrival ( appreciate it was thanksgiving but after travelling 12 hours we were expecting to be able to eat at the hotel instead of having to search for something open once we’d checked in)

the staff was extremely kind, personable, and helpful. At first we were given a room that was too hot (a.c. May have been broken) and we were immediately given another room after bringing up the discomfort. I also really appreciated the late pool hours, it’s nice being able to swim in the evenings.

the Pool is a little small, so if there are larger groups/families it’s not very comfortable. especially when others may be a little more rowdy.

The bed was comfortable, large shower and in-house restaurant. My kids loved the pool and breakfast was good.

There was no hot water late morning for showers. It may be due to a popular shower time for guests.

I liked the breakfast except for the potatoes preparation I would have preferred hashbrowns by far

Position of TV is awkward Ac/heating controls were not functioning or we did not understand how to program Toilet so low it was nearly impossible to get up and position of toilet paper difficult Shower had no grab bars and I felt so unsafe I would not go back for the bathroom reSons
