Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Phoenix - Chandler - Downtown

The staff was the most supportive I have ever encountered. My husband was in the hospital close by and our little dog was with me. It was a perfect location but more importantly perfect staff who understood our difficulties. The room was perfect and if I needed anything, it was available.

The staff was wonderful! Cant say enough about them! Great for dogs too.

'Healthy breakfast' was not that. Only old oranges, coffee, small, dry packaged muffins, pkg oatmeal, and very small (2 oz?) yogurt. Bring your own is better and ask for bowl, toaster, etc.

I really loved that the flooring was NOT carpet! Rooms were very clean upon check-in. Bathroom lighting was nice. It felt open concept, so there was a lot of natural light in our room. Parking was east peasy.

More options for a grab-n-go breakfast. Beds were a tad uncomfortable.

I HATE extended stays however this extended stay was amazinggggg!!!! I absolutely love that there isn’t any carpet👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 and the place is so clean that you couldn’t tell that it’s 2yrs old. Congratulations to the Housekeepers that enjoy their job.

The beds and pillows are way too soft. Quality is everything. This doesn’t take away from the layout of the room. Simple but excellent

Im mainly concerned with cleanliness and it was. Everything you need is available and if its not in the room the front desk can be asked. Breakfast is simple but there. Nights were quiet, no interruptions. Staff at front desk upon check in was exceptional.

Milijana-GM was the best! She helped me and made accommodations for a handicap room. She was excellent service. Deserves a raise. Also, the young man Saturday he was great in the morning,

Loved that it is big nice, and definitely got my handicap room, the shower was big ,even had a kitchen ,just perfect ! Would most definitely go there again ☺️. They had friendly,kind staff. The rooms were very clean ,clean!

Great wifi, normal size refrigerator, loved the kitchenette, we didn't ask for the kitchen utensils since we use the basics but we were offered.

There was no breakfast offered during those days but they let us know since our first day, thankfully we didn't book relying on that so it wasn't a big deal.

I love how cleaned everything was and how modern the hotel rooms are. It’s in a quiet place & right infront you can literally walk less than 5 minutes & there is a Dunkin Donuts, CVS & a Mexican restaurant. Very family friendly will be coming back. They also do provide pots/pans/silverware if you get a room with the mini stove & also have complementary toiletries if you forgot to bring something. One more thing the staff is amazing, very polite & informative!

I didn’t like that there was no breakfast, we are well aware it’s probably because of covid but they could of had them wrapped up and packaged and just have the guest pick up a prepackaged breakfast. Also the free Wi-Fi didn’t work for us at all and tried to “upgrade” it but every time we called the number given to us the line was always busy
