Extremely friendly staff and although the reservation was not a visible one to the hotel staff, I had all information provided to me and the staff did everything in their power to ensure that the room was not being used due to overcrowding/booking. I was delayed slightly (45min) but no fault of the hotel staff and it’s a lag in the booking system. Thank you folks for a very pleasant stay. Extremely personable each and every time seeing them. And the folks on duty (1 guy and a newer gal) they were just what made it worth the stay. Good people skills and a great team.

Had a really bad issue with the first two rooms we were given (it's just an embarrassing laugh-at-it-now memory), but the staff was super apologetic and took care of us phenomenally after the mix up. Their response was literally one of the best I've ever had, not just in the hotel industry, but in any customer service setting.

Pet policy was a little fuzzy (if you'll pardon the pun) until we got there. It's limited to 2 pets, so if you're traveling with all your furry family (like during a cross-state move like us), it was a bit of a surprise for us, needing to find separate accommodations for the rest of our pets.

Nice quiet location. Staff was very friendly and helpful with needs. Night desk lady offered to leave pool open later for us after traveling several hours with kids in tow and encouraged us to relax in hot tub, however it was full and the guests had no plans on getting out. Breakfast was Very large variety of hot food options, yogurt, cereal, drinks and more. Room doors slam very loud and hard otherwise the halls seemed very quiet. Room was large and clean. Different set up than I've seen before. Big bottles of shampoo, lotion and conditioner. Plenty of towels and several pillows on both beds. Bed and blankets are soft and comfy.

Just after breakfast ended I sought out the coffee bar again. The cream pitcher was empty and the front desk said they only put out one a day. Me and another guest thought that was strange for an upscale place to not offer more or replenish hot chocolate, etc.

Breakfast selections each day were excellent. Room was cool and clean when we arrived. The pool was clean and enjoyable to relax in. We really loved the pool side furniture. Appreciated the neutrogena brand products after hot days in Arizona, they really helped us feel like our hair was getting clean.

The rooms were down the hall from one another but not as close as we had hoped. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once in five nights. The breakfast was excellent, but trays from day before werent cleaned one day so there were none but 2 dirty ones available.

Check in was smooth with no problem or delays. Front desk personnel were friendly, attentive, professional. Sorry we didn’t remember their names. We checked in on Friday, 4 Aug 23 @ 1530 hours. So the two gentlemen working during that particular shift should be recognized for their first class service. Room was exactly as it was pictured, clean and comfortable. Location was great for our needs (golf and shopping).

The room was very clean. You can tell it is well kept. The location of the pool was great. The building provided shade. Making the pool much more enjoyable.

On this stay all the staff was welcoming and cordial, unfortunately the second stay on our way back on the 6th they were not. Then realized in the shower the conditioner was out. Eventhough it was corrected, it was an unnecessary inconvenience.

We got back pretty late from a concert so it was quiet and went straight to bed. Beds are comfortable. Liked that there is a mini refrigerator and microwave to warm up leftovers from lunch. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were all provided which was a plus for me. Wish we stayed an extra night to enjoy the pool.

I couldn’t get the remote to work with the television so we couldn’t watch tv.

I was upgraded to a king suite and it was great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Some things for all tastes, and plentiful.

The only issue I had was when I went into the room they had not cleaned out the ice bucket and it was actually stuck to the counter. I went downstairs and the poor guy didn't have any other one so got me some plastic bags for it and I just used it anyway. But everything else was great in the room. It's my understanding they were a little bit short staff on the cleaning crew. Also the cable was a little strange because I couldn't get any information on what I was watching. However I did not go for TV. So it really wasn't a big issue.

Our plane didn't get in till very late, and so we were out in the middle of the night looking for this hotel. I called the night worker, Steve, I think was his name to ask for directions, and he was so helpful and patient, even though I must have called him three times. When we finally arrived around 3:30 a.m. he let us in and offered to extend our check out time till 1 pm. He was so nice and I sure appreciated that he helped us find the place since we had no GPS system. We didn't get up early enough to have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

It would have been better if our flight wouldn't have been over 2 1/2 hours late so that we could have enjoyed the nice amenities at the motel. And we wouldn't have missed breakfast either.

The room was larger than a standard room. Perfect for a family of 5. Staff was very friendly, great value for the price. The breakfast was better than most hotels we have been to. They had eggs, sausage, muffins,bangles, waffles, Oatmeal, yogurt. The pool wasn't heated at the time of our stay, however we were allowed to swim in the pool next door. Parking is first come, first serve so it fills up fast by late evening. This is only due to two hotels being right next to each other. We will most definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Parking lot gets full at night. So have a spot before late evening.
