Element Chandler Fashion Center

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The pool and pool area was awesome. The exercise room has a nice variety of newer machines. My room was very nice and very comfortable and roomy with all the amenities of a studio apartment, minus a patio or balcony. Excellent for a quiet getaway to wind down. If not for the breakfast provided, I would have given top stars across the board. If you can get pass the breakfast, you will truly enjoy your stay.

The included breakfast was awful. They provided cellophane wrapped danishes, which you can get at the Dollar store (2 or 3 for a dollar). HOW ABOUT A BOX OF FRESH VARIETY DONUTS. The hot sandwichs was a croissant, with sausage, egg, and cheese. I don't care for sandwiches and if I did, it would not include sausages. I was expecting a hot breakfast buffet, or at the very least, a breakfast I can choose from a menu, as with other hotels that include breakfast. Wearing a mask was not a mandate, so providing a hot "real" breakfast should not be a problem. Needless to say I did not utilize the "included" breakfast, which was a definite factor in selecting this hotel. What is provided for breakfast should clearly be stated when making the reservation. I CAN say the coffee was excellent.

The pillows suck! 😂 Breakfast is ‘eh’ but it does the trick when you just need something small to get you out the door

The heater in the room did not work well. It was quite cold for Phoenix and we had cold air coming out of the vents most of the time. Once or twice it did produce heat

the room and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. gym was great for a hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful.

the only thing I did not like is there was no shelf at all in the shower to set anything on.

The pool was out of service in the middle of the summer because of a chlorine treatment. Something the could have been done in Spring and not in summer when is more likely to be used

Location and value. The room and the property were very nice for the price. It is situated near the Chandler Fashion Center so a perfect spot but nestled up against a housing track so it is a quiet neighborhood. Perfect. The swimming pool is heated and I saw a family actually swimming in it when it was 40 degrees outside. The kitchen includes a stove top, full size fridge, dishwasher, and fully stocked with cooking utensils.

The beds were a bit hard.

I love how the king suite felt like a small apartment and not a hotel and we were able to sit and watch tv like if it was a house in the living room. The bathroom was well lit with lighting the kitchen also was very nice would definitely stay here again.

Only small inconvenience and really wasn't even bad, but I checked in at 3 and my room wasn't ready until 45min later again nothing bad at all just wished it was ready sooner.

I liked the modern design and the green amenities. We will come back a visit aging next time.
