location, bar/food available, snacks, breakfast & dinner snacks & drinks + hotel is very clean & staff is very friendly

it was the same breakfast selection all 3 days. Only sausage patties & never bacon. Only scrambled eggs one way & same carbs - bread, biscuits, waffles (no pancakes), same potatoes every morning. Cereal & breads seemed a bit stale. I think they should try to mix the food up a bit & offer more options. Other complaints: not enough pool towels, took two tries to get TP & bath towels to our room & food at kitchen not prepared on time.

The hotel had such great amenities, breakfast was varied and yummy, there was something for everyone to eat. The three free cocktails were unexpected but a wonderful treat. And the cherry on top of it all was the hot lava cake dessert you could order from the lounge at night. This hotel doesn’t seem much different than a normal hotel when you enter but the wonderful perks of staying here are outstanding and best of all the staff are amazing. As I have stated all of the staff were accommodating of our needs, they all greeted us like family, went out of their way to make us feel valued. From Cecilia, Celeste, I think Jessica, to the housekeeper Mula I think was her name, to the night gentleman whose name I forget, all were interested in making our stay warm and wonderful. Bitsy Mueller you have hired an excellent staff and that speaks well of your managerial style.

The coffee was not very good.

Everything about our stay exceeded my expectations. Staff was great and very accommodating. Facility was clean and well cared for. There was a small issue with the access door to the pool not working and yet we never had to wait more than a minute to get in. Our interactions with everyone there were top notch. I am now a Drury member for all future travel.

Only thing would have been a small directory in the room, but in reality the staff answered all the questions that we had with skill and pleasant attitudes.

Breakfast is great. Dinner is okay. The menu doesn't change, same food for both meals everyday. The pool was so awesome and has the sun on it only in the morning until mid afternoon, then the sun is behind the building. The staff are so nice and helped me find my lost water bottle. We got a queen deluxe suite and it was worth every penny. The room was so spacious and so enjoyable. We never heard other people and the tv's were so nice and convenient. I can't recommend this hotel more. We stayed in 4 hotels during this trip and this one was the smallest and the best one of all.

Not a lot of parking. Also, there are doors when you get off the elevator that are hard to open, especially when you're carrying your luggage or other things. They serve no purpose and should be removed.

They offer complimentary dinner and breakfast plus 3 free cocktails if you would like. The free buffet style meals are good quality .The hotel is very clean and well maintained and managed. The staff is awesome. Overall value and experience A+++ Beds are comfy and the place is quite . The finishes are not brand new but high end and very well maintained. We loved this place.

Having owned 3 motels in the immediate past (flew the IHG flag), I was very pleased to be at the Drury and I will be willing to stay again. I liked the staff, the room, the evening get togethers and food. I did not expect that, however I had planned on the breakfast and they were fine...............I chose the Drury because of its location to the reason I came to the Phoenix area in the first place. However I did llimit myself to other areas. (Good thing I had a grandson who could drive for me when I had an afternoon to do something fun.)

Check-in was easy. Lobby was clean, modern and bright. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were divine (not too soft not too hard). They offered a full breakfast and a welcome reception at 5:30pm with free cocktails, wine and beer. The described the reception to have appetizers but basically they had full dinners. As an example ,,,one night they had swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables and salad. Other options that night were hot dogs, chili and nachos.

The only thing I could say negative was that the snack station in the lobby didn't have prices shown. The sticker shock came when you paid for it at the desk. $2 for a small candy bar was a bit much. But that would be the only negative thing during our 5 night stay so that is pretty positive.

Hotel could use some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels, clothes, etc. Housekeeping needs to check under beds for debri/trash (ours had empty wine bottles). Wish had free laundry (not coin operated) and free soda/water machines available 24/7.

I have to say one of the nicest Hotel stays I have experienced this far. I do travel often and your business went above and beyond what I expected. Not only was the Inn simply beautiful, neat, clean and classy. So was your kind and professional staff. Always so helpful with a smile. Greatly impressed by the breakfast and Happy hour with mini dinner. My suite was so cozy and classy. I truly enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back when I am in the area again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

very nice , excellent beds, clean and very good staff. breakfast and evening meal. a beverage card is also provided for wine,beer and mixed drinks during evening meal ( 3 beverage limit).

breakfast was good but exactly the same all four days we were there. gravy for biscuits was very runny and not sausage gravy. coffee was excellent but no flavored creamers?? we have stayed at many hotel chains at all price ranges. ones with biscuits and gravy always had sausage gravy! the other hotels also have flavored creamers, even budget hotels. this is not a budget hotel. they also have a evening meal. it was good. two of the four days it was the same?
