Best Western Cottonwood Inn

1. The friendliness of the staff. 2. The cleanliness of the Inn. 3. The variety of the breakfast. 4. The close proximity of restaurants, gas stations and stores. 5. The Pool area ( hot tub). 6. The laundry room ( I was able to use it). 7. The room was extremely clean with white sheets and smelled very nice! 8. The Inn was quite and comfortable!!

1. The ice machine was not working. 2.The bathroom ( needs to be updated).

absolutely love the location. It was right in between all of our weekend destinations so it worked out very well. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. The breakfast was amazing. the room was clean.

The price point for this hotel is extremely high for what you get. But we are understanding that inflation has hit everywhere and we were happy to get a decent place. The carpet needs serious attention… Even taking a few steps barefoot in the room your feet turned black. Also the sheets were awful. Super stiff & scratchy. besides those few things our state was amazing we had no issues and like I mentioned above the breakfast was amazing. we would definitely come back and recommend others to stay.

Room was very clean. Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Smoking areas did have benches so you could comfortably sit while smoking. Also they had a computer available so I was able to complete my "check-in" for my return flight home.

Only negative was that they did not have an in -room safe.

Breakfast was good as I had the sausage and egg and my wife had a blueberry waffle. Room was clean and although appeared to be an older room, it was very nice looking and comfortable. Very nice location in town as it was close to everything.

The temperature of the shower was lukewarm at best. Pillows could have used have been a little bit more hard. Drapes over A/C unit would not close all the way and allowed people walking by to peek in.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. When asked for a place to eat that accepted service dogs theiy were very helpful and informative.

The only real problem we experienced was did it have anything to do with the place or staff just other guests. There were a few rude guests that decided that in front of our door decided to use it as a gathering area and stood outside our door and smoked and drank, talking loudly and laughing very loud.

Breakfast was very good with hot fresh food. Room was very good sized and good location next to a great mexican restaurant. Parking was very handy with covered parking.

The rooms had a heavy smell of carpet fresh kind of overwhelming perfume smell The carpet was worn and could use replacement. rooms should be repainted which might help the smell. could stand some remodeling here.

The staff was SO INCREDIBLY NICE!!!!!!!!! They were so amazing, super attentive at breakfast, funny and personable at check in (allowing early check in for us too) , super friendly at breakfast and giving us trays and bags to bring continental breakfast back to the room, (clean hot breakfast) , and fast smooth checkout and super super nice room service. Everyone we interacted staff wise was AMAZING, it made the value go straight up

The toilet was SUPER slow to fill so you had to wait 10 minutes after the last time/person flushed . If you didn't then the water would go down

Great location!! So clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely nice!! Thanks Brianna for accommodating the two rooms next to each other, it was so convenient since they were connected by a door!! We definitely recommend this hotel to large families!!! Traci, Brianna and all the staff were amazing!! So professional and friendly!! The breakfast was delicious, great variety and super complete!!

Everything was great!!

The first two nights the heater in the room was not providing reliable heat. After notification, the staff quickly replaced the defective heater and everything worked well. Thanks to a understanding staff.

You know we come from Phoenix and pay anywhere from $160 close to $200 and to be rude in this manner is not good for your hotel hospitality!! Period!!! Makes our softball community not want to return or choose a better hotel to gain our business!
