We loved our stay at the Connor Hotel! It was easy to walk to every place of interest from their central location in town. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The decor throughout the building is appropriate for the hotel’s historic background. The staff we encountered were all lovely people, friendly and welcoming. The shop in the lobby had a wonderful variety of things to purchase as a reminder of our trip. We hope we’ll have a chance to visit Jerome and The Connor Hotel again one day.

While the Connor Hotel is a bit creaky and the floors slant a bit, we enjoyed it because of its (vintage early 1900’s) age and charm. John and Anne, the proprietors, were cordial and lovely hosts. We were even treated to a bottle of champagne and treats for our little Daschunds, because, well, just because. We got to see and feel a little more of the flavor of Jerome, the famous and always colorful town, from the time when copper was King to the special place that it has become drawing tourists from all over to discover its charms.

The staff was wonderful! So helpful with everything and always a smile on their faces! Also, the room was just adorable. So clean and even though it was clearly older, everything was very comfortable and in wonderful condition.

The stairs were a little hard for me. I have lupus and it was a chore for me to climb the two flights of stairs up to the room. Maybe it would be helpful if you make it clear on people's reservation that you do not have an elevator.

I always love staying in Jerome— The Connor Hotel is my spot for sure. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to most destinations in Jerome. Very nicely decorated so you have the period era feel. The rooms are comfy and equipped with tea/coffee/water/popcorn.

Some guests were not respectful in regard to their voices/actions— talking loudly/slamming doors at late hours is not cool. The ghost tours are too loud as well outside your bedroom. Sadly, there was dark hair in my bedsheets, on the bathroom wall and behind the sink. While leaving, it does not seem that the comforters get washed after each guest leaves. Kind of gross.

This historical landmark is centrally located, comfortable, and charming as can be. We were able to find parking right out front (ample parking nearby too) and had a great view of the town. I loved that I could open the window, too!

I can't think of a thing.

Location is the absolute BEST in Jerome! Unfortunately, the Spirit Room no longer has live music (which is why we went to Jerome in the first place), which is probably good news for people who wouldn't want to be bothered by loud music. Tom, who checked us in, was super nice and friendly. Loved that the hotel is dog friendly ($150 deposit-- yikes!), unfortunately the town is not very dog friendly (unlike Prescott). The bed was decently comfy and there were plenty of very fluffy towels

Bring your own sheets & pillows!!!! Believe me, you will thank me! The pillows were probably from the 1980's (old, completely without form or support and nasty!). The "sheets" were worse. Our bottom sheet was acceptable, but our top "sheet" was some sort of sewn together, stretchy, hot material reminiscent of a 70's funkadelic disco shirt. It was absolutely horrible!

The location was right in the heart of town and walkable to everything. The staff were AMAZING and so welcoming! They even gave us a bottle of champs when they heard it was our anniversary

It's not that I didn't like it but it's an old building with lots of charm. It was a little uneven and rickety but that just made the experience that much better!

Nostalgia room. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, iron and iron board, soft towels, nice kitchenette area, large closet, plenty seating area, bottle water, selection of teas and sugars. Heater worked well. Extra space heaters. Location close to shops and beautiful view of mountains from street not room. Would stay again but disappointed about no wifi for the price.

No wifi service. Had 2 network options. Both didn't work. We got in room at 5 pm and by midnight still no wifi. Also there was some obnoxious sounding music we heard in the room until around 7 pm.

No food service but non required. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Old style rooms with modern features with wifi, satellite tv, nice warm shower, Small fridge, and a very comfortable bed. Books are available for reading in the hallways if you want to read.

No ghost to be seen anywhere, unfortunately during our stay but you never know if you will get lucky. I would advise taking small luggage since there is no elevator and you will climb two flights of stairs to get to your room.

First of all, Jerome was a quaint historical town AND, what better place to stay than a historic hotel. Very small hotel, with only a few room and authentic (as in tiny rooms). The staff were delightful and told us about things available in the area. There were several good restaurants very close by and lots of shops within easy walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. If you like these older hotels I highly recommend the Connor.

This is really not a negative, but be aware that there is no elevator. We were just staying for one night so we just took what we needed from our car rather than shlep big bags up the steps. If you are a light sleeper be aware that you are on main street which is the main highway. The neighborhood is quiet but there were early morning trucks going up the mountain.
