Hampton Inn Queen Creek, AZ

loved the waffles, the restaurant has a nice selection of breakfast items to choose from.

when I checked in the lady tried to get me to pay full price telling me there were other fees I needed to pay. When I told her that I already paid she said it was a deposit. I showed her the booking confirmation and that it was paid and she still persisted I needed to pay again. I then pulled up my bank statement to show her it was paid and at that point she checked me. Don’t let the property scam you into paying more. Be sure to prepay on the app, had I have just reserved the room she would have charged me more.

The location to the Memorial we were attending and to my cousin’s house.

We initially booked a double queen room. Our daughter was supposed to travel with us. After she canceled we called the hotel and had them change us to a King Room, which was available at that time, since we would be traveling alone. That was never done and when we arrived we were told we had a double queen room. That was very disappointing.

The rooms are very clean. Walking distance to mostly every restaurant.

The front desk lady was acting like an airhead making fun of my name . My name is Sean. A common name . And the front desk lady was African American like myself. I would have given the Hampton a 10 if it wasn't for the ditzy airhead who checked me in .

Room was clean and nicely arranged. The snack was a pleasant surprise, breakfast was tasty and good variety. The shower was very nice.

The sheet didn't stay on the mattress. Got a little.too cold in the room and had to turn off the air conditioner. No instructions I could find to better regulate the cool

The hotel was very clean!! A big breakfast in the morning with tons of options. We loved the area of the hotel as well.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but all in all we had a really great stay!

Great value for the money! Nice BIG room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very modern; loved the large shower and adjustable head; this bathroom, unlike other hotels, had great lighting. The continental breakfast was fabulous! Not only did it have the usual cereal, yogurt, etc, but they also served omelettes and sausages. Made while you waited, about 3 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

A/C was a little confusing to adjust. Bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner around the edges, but that’s about it.

The policy of requesting room to be serviced or towels 24 hrs in advance was difficult to implement

Lovely breakfast! Also plenty of shops and eateries nearby.

Dripping sound in bathroom that I couldn’t trace. Not bad enough to complain about though.

Clean large room. Comfortable bed. Easy access to the entire facility. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel breakfast was good too.
