The rooms were spacious with all the amenities we like. The in-room kitchen is terrific.

I realized I left a jacket in the room soon after we left. I called your front desk and he said to just go online and register the loss. I was hoping He could check with maid service and we could swing back by to pick it up. But he didn't seem too helpful. I did go online but never got it back.

Clean and conveniently close to family while home for the holidays. Room was comfortable size for 2 adults, 2 kids, plus a small dog. Will stay again!

Breakfast was a mad house every morning. The poor employee responsible for keeping it stocked and clean couldn't get food replenished fast enough. People were waiting in line and then cleaning out the fresh food, piling on their plates.

Clean, spacious room. Beds comfortable. Staff eager to please and quite friendly. All areas were immaculate. Breakfast items plentiful but I think eggs were powdered.

The pool area lost the sun around 2 in the afternoon and not enough full size lounge chairs. Bed linens did not stay on bed well.

FRONT desk guy was fantastic... he wears a nice watch - has longer black hair and was super friendly- i would hire him to run my business in a heartbeat... wish i could remember his name - he also wore a cross pin on his lapel.. anyways .. if you know who i am talking about he made the stay a great one with his customer service and upbeat personality anjd if you are able to greatly increase his pay- you should!

due to covid restrictions we were not able to play pool.. but at the same time our prepackaged breakfast ( which was a great one and not a disappointment) required our hands to touch everything that everyone else touched... coffee pot and items needed for coffee same scenario... everyone touched the elevator buttons and the credit card machine to pay..so why not pool sticks etc... its so bizarre... and i realize it is everywhere but yes... freedom for playing pool makes sense if everyone is touching everything anyway...

Location, location, location. Nestled in an area adjacent to residential area, some offices, a baseball field, restaurants, mall complex, and major freeway - but far enough as to be quiet, with no road noise, and no crowds. Ample parking space. There is lobby eating and entertaining area very spacious enough to permit social distancing. Room was clean, had dishes, a dishwasher. Also pet friendly.

Maybe just needs a bit of enforcing of mask wearing by staff among themselves and on hotel guests. Room temperature was had to control - too hot or too cold.

STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR! WE FELT LIKE WE HAD MET GOOD FRIENDS AND THEY WERE SO SURE TO PROVIDE US WITH ALL WE NEEDED. WE WILL DEFINITELY LOOK FOR THIS HOTEL WHEREEVER WE TRAVEL. THANKS TO ALL FOR MAKING US FEEL SO WELCOME.

INTERNET SITE DIRECTIONS WERE FAR FROM CORRECT. OUR GPS COULD NOT EVEN FIND THE HOTEL. IT KEPT TAKING US TO A REPRODUCTVE CENTER LOCATION AT THE PUBLISHED ADDRESS. NEEDS AN OVERHAUL.

Very convenient to where we needed to go. Good parking, even for my large pickup. Very clean inside and out. The staff were rockstars! They were fast, friendly and professional. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the room was much more spacious than I envisioned. This is definitely my new go-to place when in the Scottsdale area.

Booking.coms website double booked my reservation causing me to pay twice and I am still trying to get my money back. Super angry. Buyer beware. I would love some help with this.

The customer service was awesome. The staff were very nice & helpful at check in & check out. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The swimming pool was nice for my child.

It is always challenging to travel with little ones, even more so during COVID. We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, our 2 year old is still adjusting to people in masks after being mostly home for the last 6 months. The front desk staff and particularly the breakfast attendant Zanay (sp?) was so welcoming and made our daughter smile and feel truly comfortable, thank you! The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which had a nice little kitchenette, dining and living room as well as a separate bedroom with king size bed and enough room on both sides for a travel crib and walking space. I had requested a tub when I made the reservation, although the front desk staff did not seem to have this info, they were quick to look through the available suites and find us one with a tub. The kitchenette had a nice sized fridge/freezer combo (which came in handy for snacks/leftovers as the breakfast is a bit of a bust). There was a single/double cup coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, etc. A small table with 3 chairs as well as a rolling table/desk. The loveseat had a pullout bed, which we didn't use, but as a couch it was comfy. Nice amount of living room floor space for the kids to play and elevated shelves to put things up out of little hands reach. Two large screen smart TVs; one in the living room and one in the bedroom, both able to log into our Netflix which was great for ease of entertainment. Starbucks and the Rusty Taco are in the adjoining parking lot. Great to have coffee and tasty dinner options so close! The location is perfect, right off the 101, next to the Aquarium and Midevil times and a quarter mile from GreatWolf Lodge. We will absolutely stay here again, thank you!

Breakfast is a sad bowl of stale donuts and muffins individually wrapped in cellophane, granola bars and fruit cocktail cups. This is all due to COVID of course, they normally have hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, potatoes, etc.
