Comfort Suites Phoenix Airport

Great location - easy to get to and close to the airport. When we made our reservation the site indicated there was a free airport shuttle but the hotel had changed to Lyft rides at $12.50 per person a few months ago. The hotel provided the Lyft for us since it was marketed as being included on booking.com - that was appreciated. There was a nice hot breakfast with fresh fruit. Bed was comfortable for us. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff and breakfast hostess were friendly and helpful.

We could hear the people above us walking around - otherwise, the place was nice and quiet. The tub had a chunk missing on the outside that made the bathroom look a little trashy.

The property was clean and close to the freeway. We were able to quickly and easily get to the convention center each morning. The breakfast was okay, but no variations for travelers staying multiple days. Staff was very nice. No huge complaints.

The property states they will clean after the third day. This didn’t happen. We had to ask for clean towels, more coffee and rolls of toilet paper. This is the only complaint.

The swiftness with which Receptionist Ms Chelsey changed our room, when we complained of a noisy Aircon with no cooling at all. she was very professional. The breakfast was sumptuous though we woucl have more vegetarian options.

The Aircon in the initial room given tour was a big flop - it was noisy and did not cool the room at all. we were given a different room on Day 3 of our 5 day stay

The hotel inside was very quiet (didn't hear a neighbour in any direction and the bed VERY comfortable. The hot breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant staff very helpful. Reception staff were also friendly and accommodating with our late checkout request and to arrange our airport drop-off.

As this is an airport hotel (about 10 or so away), there was some arriving flight noise later in the evening as well as early morning road noise from nearby highways, all of which is pretty unavoidable. During the later night hours and before the morning rush hour, it was quiet.

The breakfast was one of the best!

What I DIDN'T like was the samples of skin lotion,etc. were not available. I do appreciate the bottles in the shower but it seems the moisturizers were not available. Also, our shuttle driver, Brian, had ZERO personality while Vince, on my first visit there was extremely friendly & helpful...Brian didn't even say good morning!

Size of room, accessibility. Friendliness of staff. Lobby area was nice and easy to keep socially distanced from others. Print facility when needed.

The door to the outside on our corridor couldn't be opened from outside despite using our card. We had a disabled person with us, so I had to run around to another door, go in that way, then let him in via the faulty door. Breakfast was ok, but one morning there was no forks/knives, which meant trying to eat everything (even a waffle) with a spoon.

The room was good for our trip with three adults. The breakfast was well stocked with a variety of hot offerings. The location was great for spring training baseball games very close to Angels ballpark. The front desk and breakfast staff was helpful and very pleasant. The parking was easy and safe.

The bathroom could use some upgrading.

The location was perfect, near the airport.

The room was oddly poorly maintained. For example, there was a hole in the screen door to the balcony, there were unfinished edges on the bathroom cabinet, scratches on the laminate flooring, just odd things that you would think they would get fixed. nothing crucial but it gave the room a neglected feel.

. Spacious, comfortable, quiet room. Free ride to and from the airport which is less than 10 minutes away. Full breakfast. Everyone is served what they want rather than having everyone touching it all. Nice pool area with some sun and some shade. Helpful staff.

Only walkable restaurant is across the street at the Sheraton. Supper is good there, but they don't serve lunch. Not Comfort Inns fault, so all in all a pretty great stay.

Breakfast eggs were always over done. Need a car (or Uber) to get anywhere Staff kept ordering and cancelling puck up from Airport -in the end did it myself with Uber
