Wyndham Phoenix Airport - Tempe

The hotel is very nice my stay was very comfortable I felt safe being alone visiting my daughter for college. The pool is beautiful the bar is very inviting. All workers were great. Other than me not getting my room I ordered but was compensated with breakfast and lunch every day of my stay. I would definitely come back again I'm actually planning to stay with family next time. Side note.. it's in a pretty rural area you would have to have a vehicle or plan on ubering or taking the bus that is right outside of the hotel room to get to anything. It's surrounded by another hotel and factories. Very quiet which is what I needed.

I loved everything can't wait to visit again.

A little prices but the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean the pool was the best part there is a $100 deposit fee you get it back if you buy from the store or restaurant if so it deduct I think but the location was good close to everything I need would stay again

Ease of location. Excellent facilities, and clean. Prompt service when requesting spare towels or amenities. Staff is great. All around a great hotel. Great value for the price. Reasonable incidental fee.

Our room door made a noise as it caught the corner of the frame as you opened it. Nothing that impeded its operation. Beds were soft for my liking, but ok.

I booked airport shuttle for Sunday at 6:30 am. They recorded my name and room and told me to arrive at 6:25. When I arrived I was told they do not have shuttle service on Sunday. No apology or explanation. That is why I chose this hotel.

The hotel is close to ASU campus. My son, a student at ASU, stayed with me while I was in town. We enjoyed sitting out on the small balcony visiting. The room was clean and comfortable.

Be careful when navigating to the hotel. Missing a turn to get to the hotel can double the time to get there.

The location to the airport was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The AC was VERY noisy all night. The glass top tables in the pool area had not been wiped down in a long time. I actually watched the cleaning lady walk over to the nasty tables to push in chairs but not wipe down the tables. She wiped down the trash can however.

The front desk staff was excellent & professional. The rooms were good. Glen was awesome!!

The price for the location was to high. Also the Afghan citizens staying there could have been more polite.The Club room wasn't open!! The Fire pit should've been on outside.

The price was great, service was awesome, location was convenient (shopping mall close by). The hotel was clean with a nice updated design. The gym is small but functional, I still got a decent workout in. The pool and hot tub were open. I really liked the bed, but I enjoy a firmer mattress.

The shower was odd, there were directions next to it on how to turn it on and make it hotter/colder. It took a while to figure out still and never really did get as hot as I would have liked. (My boyfriend was satisfied with the temp, I prefer my showers on the hotter side).

The room was nice and clean. Staff was great. I ate at the restaurant. It was good.

. I called when I arrived at airport . Ask about getting picked up by shuttle. She said she would send him on his way. It was a taxi and he charged me 17.50..I thought shuttle was included. Is this a common thing?

Everything was nice about this place... the rooms, pool, bar & food.

When I booked the room off of booking.com, it said $160. When I got there, I was charged $280. Didn't expect that but don't know who to blame... Me, Hotel or Booking.com.
