Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport South

I called the hotel for the airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport. After waiting for almost half an hour, there was no sign of the shuttle. So I called them again. The lady at the front desk arranged for a Lyft to pick us up at the airport instead & the hotel paid for it. It was so nice of her, thank you 😊

This hotel is newer and in great shape. The staff were very nice and they had a shuttle to pick us up at the airport or drive us to dinner. The bed was fabulous.

It was high season, and the cost for a businesl type hotel like this was super high. I could not believe it - in fairness to the hotel it was in line with the other hotels.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The overall facility suited our needs and was relaxing. The shuttle service was perfect; efficient and took us to the airport in good order.

When we arrived in the room after 18:00, the dishwasher was running and was very annoying. Even so, there were still filthy items in the kitchen silverware drawer.

The site was phenomenal. The pictures online were older versions of the room after what I am assuming was some renovation/updates. It was gorgeous decor, furnishings, and kitchenette. The beauty mirror in the room as a nice surprise! Our room had a great view of the pool. The room was spotless, the remotes were even wrapped for cleanliness measures. I like that the rooms had an overabundance of chargers and USB hookups to charge our electronics before we left the next day. The staff was friendly, even texted me after we settled in and asked if our room was up to par. If I am ever in Phoenix again, I will absolutely stay here.

The only thing I could possibly think of was the walls seemed thin. But, it could have also been that I had nosy neighbors! Thankfully it didn't have any effect on our rest. Besides that, there is nothing else I could possibly complain about.

The suite was big modern clean and nicely decorated and equipped.

Breakfast was very poor. Tasteless limited variety, lukewarm "hot" drinks, stale breads and bagels, etc. One very unfriendly person in charge of breakfast .. may be overworked .. but that and the quality of food made for a very unpleasant breakfast experience (for 3 days!!!)

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We were impressed at every turn. The facility and rooms were impressive. The pictures do not do this place justice! We had the two bedroom which has 4 beds total and was so spacious. It was so nice not to squeeze into a hotel room like we usually do. The decor was current and pleasing. It felt like no one had stayed in our room, as it was so updated and clean. They sanitized remotes and surfaces, which was a comfort. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, coffee maker, stovetop, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, soap, etc. Every staff member we met couldn't have been friendlier! Loved the two women who fed us yummy breakfast during our stay. The shuttle service was so great as they will shuttle you anywhere within 5mi of the hotel. Jose and Joseph were so friendly and helpful getting our large family situated and comfortable. Truly the best experience. As mentioned, they had complimentary breakfast each morning and on Sun-Weds evenings they have free happy hour and lite bites. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We are now huge fans of Homewood Suites and can't wait to stay again!

It was a good location close to I10 and not problem finding he resort. The breakfast was limited with what we had to pay for our stay. Other then that it was a good suite for a family stay when traveling. Thank you!

As mentioned the limited breakfast items with the cost of the 1 night stay is something that was somewhat OK but was kind of expecting a little more.

The room was very spacious and the location was perfect for an early morning flight. I also enjoyed the free evening reception. All the staff I encountered were wonderful. The shuttle to the airport was super convenient also. I also love that you could communicate with front desk via the app!

The shower was not very clean. There were a lot of hairs in it.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and overall exceptional. Customer service was on point. They went above and beyond. I appreciated the complimentary ride to my conference. Thank you!

Above and beyond what was expected on all fronts! The photos don’t do this place justice, and the service and cleanliness were exceptional. They will shuttle you anywhere within 5mi which was super helpful. They have happy hour and lite bites for free Mon-Wed and free breakfast daily. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond! Loved the 2 bedroom suite for our crew of 7. We will definitely stay here again when in Phoenix!
