Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Tempe - Phoenix Airport

The lady at the front desk was very helpful in telling me how to walk to Jack-in-the-Box. I asked if it was a good area to walk through and she confirmed that she lived nearby and it was a short and safe walk to the restaurant. I also really appreciate the pocket pack of tissues that was left in the room from Red Roof Inn. My allergies were very different in the area and they helped me until I could make it to a CVS to get more tissues. I would suggest perhaps leaving two packages of tissues to help customers with allergies.

The place is a little beat-up. It doesn't look really all that new, so you can see wear and tear in the bathrooms and in the rooms. Nothing major or critical, just worn out.

while staying here there was a bed bug infested

very accommodating, I chose them because we were flying in early for a graduation ceremony and they agreed to let us stow our luggage before check in time. when we arrived around noon, they actually were able to get us in a room. that was so nice to be able to change and get ready before the graduation.

it’s pretty far from restaurants. we Ubered from the airport so we had to get a car each time we wanted to go eat because there’s nothing within walking distance

Room was Clean and appeared to be well maintained by the staff. I could tell this was an older property but the rooms were comfortable, clean and everything worked. Age determined by rust around drain in Bath/Shower, but the tub was clean. Also,I liked the Security of the building with key Card required to enter after hours and interior hallways.

Minor: I stayed on the 2nd Floor and it didn't have an Ice Machine, so I had to go up or down one floor to get ice.

The location was great , very close to my friends house, dog parks and nice restaurants. Very quiet and not a lot of traffic. A lot of grass for my dog to relieve herself

I booked my reservation on line and check in time stated 3 AM so I drove all night and made it to the hotel by 5 am and was told that check in time was not until 3 PM and it was not the hotels fault for the mess up in check in time for my confirmation email but the website that I booked the hotel thru. However the staff members were kind enough to get me into a room by 11 as it was the soonest room made available. I also didn’t like that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. The room was also not cleaned well as I was cleaning up water drops left by my dog after she drank. I wiped the floor w a rag and it came out completely black like the floor had not been cleaned in months , also a lot of dirt and debris under the beds like it had not been vacuumed in a while.

Everyone was nice and accommodating except the way the manager treated me and my boys granted the situation however she could have been alot nicer in handling the situation.

How manager was very rude to me and children. Ashe acted as if I was supposed to musile my boys 1 and 2 saying guest complaining about noise with children.

The staff were wonderful. They were so friendly and welcoming it was a pleasure to see happy people after a long drive. I got moved to a king bed room that was very nice. it was a great stay.

The property was close to the airport and so central to where I go, it’s great.

Proximity to the airport and convenience of arrival at 1am. This was the best Red Roof Inn I’ve ever stayed at.

The faucet in the tub wobbled, the sink looked newly installed but the wall wasn’t cleaned up from the previous sink. The elevator seemed a bit rundown.

Friendly staff! Room was good, location was convenient, pet friendly, clean!

The fire alarm was pretty loud for a pet friendly hotel. I know that’s not my expertise but when the whole building went off it hurt my ears so I know that messed with animals for a bit. Things happen I totally understand

The location, the comfort of the room, coffee bar was great. Nice clean lobby, great lighted parking.

It was hard to find via GPS. On the GPS it shows a street, in actuality it is the driveway you turn in and it kind of sits back. I think we drove around probably four times, but we found it and we were quite comfortable there. The front desk was great.
