perfect location

only issue and important for elderly the van to airport was a loaner and did not have necessary sticker to do drop off at gates so drop off was at skyline which involves a great deal of walking I asked for wheelchair for my friend and was told there were none she has long Covid which has caused respiratory issues and can not walk great lengths we went to airport early and grateful I did since she needed to stop frequently my suggestion is any time van is not the correct one the desk should inform anyone booking a shuttle since some physical challenges may not be obvious

Ricardo B, the desk manager, was extremely helpful. Although we made the reservation 3 months in advance through Booking .com, the was no record of any reservation for us. Ricardo checked the other Hilton’s with no luck. No reservation. Ricardo tried his best, but it was Booking.com’s failure.

Booking.com took our money, sent several emails confirming the room, but we show up, and there is no reservation. We will try to get our money back, but they are very difficult to contact. It seems they are located in the Netherlands. In the future, I may use Booking as a reference, but I will book directly with the hotel.

Located just 2 miles from the Phoenix airport with a free shuttle that runs every half hour beginning at 3:00 AM. Rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with the most comfortable bed!

My only complaint is that the floors must be extremely thin, as we could here absolutely every foot step and creaking on our ceiling, which was a bit disruptive while sleeping.

everything was just fine. We got in late and stayed over night till we took the hotel shuttle back to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful.

no security at the hotel.. we had a room on the bottom floor and noticed people looking into our room as they walk by. They could have been other guests or random street people.

Loved the room itself. AC stayed cold, and the window blinds did quite the useful job in blocking out light. Aside from the commode issues noted above, the room layout was roomy and comfy at the same time.

The commode in room 308 was installed extremely close to the shower stall partition. Made for uncomfortable seating, especially with hanging towels in the way . The pool, while nice, the area itself had plenty of run down furniture... looks like it could use a face-lift.

Very clean. Black out shades were great. Comfortable beds. Good location. Night lights built into the plug in the bathroom and on the plug above the counter nice for some however very bright for light sleepers, would be nice to have the option to turn off.

Room was by the side door, the opening and closing was loud. Could use a softer closing mechanism to not disturb guests staying in the rooms closed to that door.

The room was conveniently located, for our stay. We will definitely consider this hotel again when we go to phoenix again. We liked the room very much. The beds were very comfortable, I slept well.

The Bar and Restaurant didn't stay open early or long enough. We didn't get a chance to try the food or get drinks. We would have liked to be able to at least try it.

Our flight was delayed but the staff made sure we were taken care of with a shuttle and our room was waiting for us when we arrived later than expected. We needed a taxi in the morning and the clerk accommodated us without hesitation.

The price for the breakfast.

lots of space in our room, really nice shower/bathroom, and it was very clean. It also featured a nice kitchenette that we didn't end up needing to use. We could of easily stayed a week and been very happy. TVs in both room and living room. Oh & the airport location was perfect with a shuttle service!

We were located near the elevators and you could hear them running throughout the night. I ended up turning my "fan" noise on from my phone to try and drown it out.

Thank you for doing all you can to keep guests safe. The efforts are truly appreciated. A suggestion for your in-room tissue boxes would be to provide one or two travel-sized kleenex pack versus filling up the traditional full sized tissue box with a few tissues. It may seem a small thing, but getting a few tissues in the full-sized tissue holder, seems not as safe as guests opening their own travel size tissue pack, just like the bathroom toiletries provided. (Grateful exception to the tissue roll.) Also, it would be nice to have a "refresher" housekeeping option. No specific cleaning is involved, but a little restock of sugar, coffee/tea etc. as or if needed.

I was pressed for time in the morning so room service breakfast would have really been great, but the lack of it doesn't necessarily deserve losing a rating star over. 😉
