SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Poteau

Close to where i needed it to be. It was clean and quiet nice mountain view from pool, Like that the floors weren’t old carpet and it definitely felt more clean that way.

Its supposed to be non smoking rooms but for some reason when we got to our room it strongly smelled like weed. And we had family in two other rooms couple doors down and and one of their rooms smelled the same. Maybe housekeeping had a happy hour who knows but if i can’t smoke they definitely shouldn’t be in there!!

It was clean and comfortable - pretty much the most important thing for me. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, mini waffles, yogurt, various breads, bagels and pastries, and 3 cereals. Pool was nice and clean. Area was clean and plenty of places to shop or get gas - etc. nearby. Parking wasn't an issue. The staff was awesome.

I thought the price was a little high for what you got compared to other similar motels I've stayed in (not in that area).

The hot breakfast was excellent and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We requested a first-floor room and got it with no problem, and were able to park right next to the outside entrance so moving luggage was quick and easy.

The bed was a little too firm for us and the towels we got after the first couple of days were smaller and thinner than what we got to start with, but nothing was bad enough to keep us from coming back next time we're in the area.

It was clean, well kept and a good value! Breakfast was great with an attendant keeping things stocked and clean.

The vinyl flooring was very slick. It was raining, my shoes were wet and I slipped as soon as i stepped inside. Would recommend a thin absorbent rug inside the door.

Very nice front desk employee very very clean and comfortable rooms 👌 Overall Was AMAZING !!!! Would Recommend This Facility Overall In The City or Surrounding Cities. ABSOLUTELY A 100 % 👍👍👍👍👍

Only complaint I Have Is The Lady Serving The Breakfast Yesterday Morning Was Not Very Friendly Very Rude I Should Say 🤨

It was clean and they checked on us ever day to see if we needed anything.

The beds were hard. The toilet would not flush so my husband ask if they had a plunger and he had to go down to the office to get it and plunge the toilet. They have had to bring it to us we thought, not us have to go get it. Other than them two things it was a nice clean place.

They were super accommodating and friendly. Stayed just under a week with 2 dogs.

Everything was great but I mean if I had to put something here it could have been a little cleaner.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything you would expect from a $100 a night room. There were no funny smells and my wife and I slept comfortably. Not much else to say.

I did not like the complimentary breakfast. It was a brown paper bag of cheaper than Dollar Tree items, which you had to grab a bag and leave. The sealed and microwaved breakfast burrito was soggy, tasteless and horrible. The plastic sealed chocolate chip cookie thing was exactly that, a chocolate chip cookie thing. There was a sealed, somewhat dry cinnamon roll, and I can't think of anything else in the bag. The orange juice in the lobby was good, and they also had coffee which I didn't try. I'm sure all this crappy bagged breakfast junk is because of the Covid scare. Whether their breakfast will get any better, I do not know. I would not choose this motel because of the free complimentary breakfast.

The people were friendly, nice variety of meal to go items available, the rooms and foyer were clean, and good furnishing in the rooms. They included wifi, flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer. The pool was great :) They provided extra towels for the pool at no additional charge and they are also pet friendly.

The bathroom door wouldn't shut,

The lady in the breakfast room stands over you and makes you feel very uncomfortable. She did it last year when we stayed as well. We will probably stay elsewhere next time we come to town because of it.
