Vino Inn & Suites

Host was very friendly and made check-in easy. There was no breakfast. Things seemed very clean. Liked that the sheets smelled freshly washed. Toiletries replaced when used the following day.

Didn't like that there were no grab bars in tub where it was a bit slippery. Didn't like clothes had to hang on rack in bathroom. No separate closet. Wifi was intermittent In the room--works great outside the room.

Staff was excellent and friendly. When we had issues with noisy neighbors, they handled the issue quickly. The room was large and open, this allowed us all space and comfort. WiFi service was good. Looked as though our room had a recent renovation, the beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spacious and clean.

Ice machine was malfunctioning, which we didn't know until moments before we had to leave for appointments. As I mention in the 'likes', noisy neighbors were an issue, but the management handled it quickly.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were attended to daily, excellent sugestions for dinner and breakffast -- dinner place up the hill about 10 miles away, and The Cowgirl Cafe, clean rooms, and a comfortable mattress.

I would have liked a little firmer pillow, and maybe larger, too. However, I didn't look to see if there were any stored away.

The room was very spacious and tastefully furnished. Everything - TV, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, etc. - worked. There was adequate parking and we were close to everything. And unlike many hotels these days, daily housekeeping was offered. There was a small back patio which was pleasant.

There was no closet nor hooks for clothes. The carpet and furnishings are a bit worn, especially the bed. There was an unpleasant smell in our particular room. The most frustrating aspect was the low water pressure in the shower.

Clean Room and friendly staff. The whole motel has been upgraded since I first stayed here 8 years ago. The bed was very comfortable. For me with my bad back this is a necessity. The location is ideal. Staying here you are within walking distance of several fun restaurants and bars. It is also a good location to go wine tasting in the Paso region. The price is significantly cheaper than many of the surrounding hotels and represents good value. So much so I have stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks. It is my go to motel when I go wine tasting in the Paso Area or Edna Valley.

Cannot think of anything I was disappointed in.

I was in the middle of mowing and this place was perfect! It was close to work while I was coordinating my move and I really enjoyed the amenities including a comfy bed, nice bathroom, and tons of TV channel choices! I stayed upstairs because I wanted a balcony. Also, the staff is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Nothing that I can think of.

The beds are so comfortable and there is always plenty of pillows. The rooms are nice size. You get either a balcony on 2nd floor or on 1st floor little sitting areas from the sliding glass door. The place is quiet and well maintained. You can tell by the way the motel is kept that they have pride in the establishment. The lady that works in front office remembers her regulars which makes you feel welcomed. Keep up the good work Vino Inn!

The only thing I don't like is the bathroom door. To access the toilet and shower you have to close the door.

The property was great and location was convenient because there were many restaurants nearby.

The room smelled bad when we walked in. It smelled a bit like cigarettes smoke.

I like the location . Anything I wanted to do was just a block or two away . Movies, Food , Banks . I loved the pool area also . The staff was exceptional. I recommend Vino Inn & Suites

Their was one thing only one and I didn't like , the sliding door outside light . I felt on display when I went outside to smoke . Lol Oh yeah it's a nonsmoking County my bad . No bad review here.

Was able to check in early. Room and bathroom was clean. Exceptional location to restaurants, bars, donut shop, gas station and even a cinema theater. WiFi in room was strong. Parking lot is well lit. Friendly staff.

No pastries for breakfast.
