Budget Inn

The room is quite spacious and extremely clean. The shower/tub was so clean it looked brand new. The beds are comfy and the room looked extremely tidy. The staff at check-in were very thorough and kind. And upon check out, I asked the manager if we could leave a car (we had 2) behind so that we could take just one car for the day to San Luis Obispo and the manager was quick to allow this request without hesitation. This made our stay even more worth while. I was surprised by all this hotel had to offer AND it's very convenient location. I will definitely be coming back for future visits. Thank you.

The staff was extremely accommodating. There was an issue in our room that I noticed and they addressed it immediately. They offered to switch us rooms but, since they were able to fix the problem immediately we opted to stay in our existing room.

The hotel is just north of small stadium. We noticed that during the day you could hear the crown cheering & the announcer was really loud. We weren't in the room very long during the day so it really wasn't an issue for us. Just something we noticed. This was also a weekend. Probably a football event.

For a budget level motel, I was very impressed. The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. No issues or problems of any kind. I stayed two nights. I was very surprised to find my room had been cleaned and restocked with fresh towels. I've stayed in mid to higher level hotels that do not clean the rooms everyday. I will definitely return when visiting Paso Robles and I highly recommend this motel.

They took pride in the property. Everywhere was clean and pristine regardless of the age of the property. While checking in and out, the staff was courteous and kind. After staying at two other properties over the weekend that were below standard, this was a pleasant surprise. I wish we would have chosen this motel first. The room was quaint and charming, it was CLEAN! We will definitely come back again!

Room was surprisingly large and included a recliner. Motel was easy to find and had easy parking. Heater worked well and was quiet.

Bathroom door seemed have been rehung and so would not close, which might be a problem if you need more privacy than we did. The small soap was fragile and broke into many very small pieces and also did not produce much lather.

Extremely clean. I was really surprised how clean our room was given the age of the motel. Also very quiet. We had an upstairs and heard nothing from surrounding rooms. The room was very spacious as well. The host at the front desk was very friendly and attended to all our needs.

The cable TV service was clunky and the remote didn’t work from the bed.

It is a good location, has a pool, in room coffee and a micro fridge. The room was clean and there was ice in the machine. Front office staff friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that was a negative was the air conditioner was loud when it cycled on and off. Also $180 for the room I think is a little high for a basic hotel but it was a Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Rates are usually better mid week.

Very spacious clean and recently painted rooms. Very clean modular bathroom with 2 switches so no noisy fan sounds at night! Fridge and good microwave in room. Long sink counter. Extra room for a portacrib or two if we had had small children. desk, chest of drawers, Table with 2 chairs. Reading comfy chair with its own lamp by window. Surprisingly quiet. This was Fair Week and while outdoors we could hear the country music concert at night, once indoors I could not hear it at all. Because it was Fair Week the cost with all fees was about $250/night, about triple the usual fee with discounts, so nit such a great value at that price. But I would return in regular season for a truly great value. Note: coffee in tea bags kinda weak and not enough: but just ask for more or bring a good instant coffee. Also soap bars are tiny/thin and no suds. Not enough shampoo if you have long or thick hair, but they’ll give you more.

- Window couldn't be opened - Air condition was producing too much cold draft, even when set to low fan and higher temperature, but without it, the room was too hot - Pillow was too thick and tight

The room was clean and it smelled clean. The a/c was new and clean. The bed was comfortable . The dark blue cover had some white paint spots but real nothing to worry about. We stayed here in January 2022. Family run and very nice.will stay again. Price was well worth it.
