Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atascadero, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very friendly and check in was quick. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They offer breakfast and have a pool and fitness center. I would definitely stay again.

The pool isn't too deep so it's great for kids. The hotel is clean and easy to get to because it's next to the freeway.

We found two needles in the carpet. Also, the service on the third day was very poor. The bathroom didn't get cleaned, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the sheets weren't changed but that was just the third day we were there.

cleanliness! safety. very lighted parking lots coffee breakfast area, lobby, weight room, spa & pool area, landscaping, ease of access of freeway, close proximity to town, delicious restaurants , Morro Bay and Pismo within 20 min drive from hotel. friendly helpful staff. EVERY ONE of the staff was friendly. highly recommend this place.

prices are on the high end of every hotel in every town - I know. I also know -it is peak season rates. so I really hope there are some non- peak rates that are lower. as we come to the coast very often.

The location was great. The hotel was nicely furnished and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff, particularly Damien at the front desk were excellent.

We had a room on the front of the hotel and I could hear Highway traffic. It wasn’t bad at night so sleeping was not a problem.

I loved everything about the property I usually always try and find the great deals and end up disappointed, but this place had it all great prices and great value. This chain is definitely my go to every time I travel out of town.

there was nothing I disliked

The location of this hotel to the 101 is excellent, the hotel is very nice, our room was spacious. The breakfast was very good, the only suggestion is to offer maybe other types of oatmeal.

The only oatmeal offered was plain, I had to go to our room and get my own almond milk, cinnamon sugar and a box of raisins to be able to eat the oatmeal. Also we had noisy neighbors upstairs we could hear them banging things around and had heavy footsteps.

my bathroom ceiling had hair hanging from it it was blonde and even some red hair. (I am brunette) as if someone previously dried their hair and it was stuck I didn’t notice this u til the last day so I hope it gets properly removed

Easy check in and everything was very clean

Well only woke up in the morning they went to turn on the water and there was no water I tried the shower no water called the front desk no answer So I saw one of the cleaning attendance asked them what’s going on and they said they’re having problems with the water heater so the water was turned off.

Breakfast was varied each day with some items, quite good overall, pretty broad selection. Room was very nice, quiet on non-freeway side. Hotel very clean, staff friendly & helpful. Will stay there again.

Minor thing - TV remote didn't work very well.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast staff went above and beyond. The pillows were labeled soft and firm for variety.

The rates were pretty high. A hotel of this standing used to go for about $100 less per night. The air conditioning is too loud to sleep with it on.
