SpringHill Suites by Marriott Auburn

The Hotel is Modern. The room was spacious with a nice sitting area with a couch and a desk area separate from the bedroom. The bedroom had a king-size bed, and the room was still spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spacious. The microwave and mini fridge came in handy. The room had several USB Ports making it easy to charge up.

The coffee maker was up on a high counter and there was not a water source near. The room was serviced only every third day.

The view was great, they had some breakfast options, it was relatively quiet, the location was convenient as it was off the freeway and was only a short drive to Target and various other establishments, and the bed and pillows were comfy!

I would say this room was a passable-lazy clean, but not as thorough as it should have been in my opinion. There was a food stain on the desk and still in the microwave, there were some hairs that kept getting kicked up from the carpet into the bathroom, and the bedside shelf as well as the bed also had a few hairs. The doors slammed really loudly unless you held the handle down until it was closed all the way.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and smelled great, loved the no pets no odor. The shampoo/conditioner and soaps were amazing.

The room was amazing but expected the towels to be bigger fluffier. The people next door were loud ALL night and kept banging sounding like stuff was falling! Room 144!!

Breakfast was great, facilates were as well.

The soundfroofing in the rooms was horrible. Could easily hear adjacent room occupants, water, hallway traffic. Hard to believe it met Marriot accoustic standards.

Lovely area to stay. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas 🎄 season. Greeted by sweet staff. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and ready on time requested and delivered in boxes due to covid safety precautions. Thank you for the relaxing experience.

I missed not having a bathtub but understand during these restrictive times of drought that showers are better options

it’s perfectly located between Roseville and Nevada City with great access to Grass Valley. My room location could not have been better as I had a mountain bike with me and I could just easily exit a side entrance and load my car up without going through the lobby every time

location was convenient, we stayed overnight in our way to Truckee. Bathroom was updated with great light.

very loud heater in the room and poor soundproofing, could hear our neighbors snoring and playing music.

The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. The entire hotel was booked because there was a blizzard in the mountains and the main interstate was closed. There were many people checking in, and the entire staff was courteous and worked together to take care of everyone.

Loved the pool! Rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great accommodations for our party

I loved how clean and spacious the rooms are. Very up to date, which is nice!

I could hear everything from my room. Ice machine, doors slamming (which being a new hotel, you would think the doors couldn’t slam but they can), and talking in hall. The ice machine was the big one.
