SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sacramento Roseville

The staff that checked me in, Chaz and Araya, were great. They were personable, friendly and very helpful. I was able to use the swimming pool a couple times and it was very nice. The perfect temperature for a senior woman! I also like the fact that it was very quiet.

I asked to be relocated because my room air conditioner was picking up the cigarette smoke. As a heart patient with respiratory issues, being close to cigarette smoke is not ideal for me. In my new room it was fine until a couple days later cigarette smoke was coming through the air conditioner again. It turns out my room was located right next to the outdoor ashtray.

I like how the receptionist took care of us when she couldn’t find us on our booking.com reservation not our name. Excellent service .

I didn’t like how I was going to pay $220 that booking. Com charge us and when the receptionist couldn’t find us I had to call booking .com which took 30 minutes of my time plus the customer service gal from booking.com kept asking what the pin was and didn’t know where to get a pin and still couldn’t tell me why the reservation number was not coming up at the Springhill hotel. It was very frustrated. I will not order any tickets nor hotels through booking.com again. I ended up paying $100 less for the room at the hotel than what you guys were gonna charge me. Sad but true.

The woman employee handling the breakfast buffet every morning is outstanding. Greeted me by name every morning and now I feel badly I cannot remember hers. Very easy to come and go. Room immaculate.

The single only flaw was the pillows. They are like bricks. I asked for different pillows they said they are all pretty much the same. I literally went to Target and bought one pillow for $6.99, that’s how bad the pillows were!

After resolving our leaving the hotel at the request to go somewhere else due to a reservation misspelling of my surname the hotel provided all the services we expected.

The way check-in was handled by recommending that we leave the facility (which we did) before the situation was resolved. We have experienced misspellings of my surname at other lodging locations, but this is the first time we have been asked to go elsewhere.

hotel was nice , location was great , room was clean and comfortable.

front desk staff, especially one lady in particular, was less then helpful and had a poor attitude. She seemed like I was bothering her when I told her that one of the doors to come into the lobby wasn't working and that me and my wife had to walk all the way around the building to come into the building in the rain .

After a long and uncomfortable all-day seminar, it was great to come back to a nice cool, clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the very kind and cheerful lady that cooked and setout the breakfast every morning. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was so friendly. I was a great way to start the day!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, wonderful breakfast spread! The light and AC were already on when I arrived (much appreciated on an over 100 degree day). Quick & easy check in and check out. Parking was well lit and lots of available spaces. Located a short drive from everything I needed for the weekend.

location is good, bed was comfy, mini kitchen area is nice, coffee maker and microwave is good.

the sofa was incredibly dirty. so many visible stains, spots and spills. we didn’t sit on it because it looked so gross. I don’t think they cleaned the shower because there was a USED bar of soap in the shower. the carpets looked pretty dirty too.

The bed was so comfy I fell right to sleep as soon as I laid down. Breakfast is a hit. The graveyard shift guy at the front desk has good communication skills and made our late check in easy and inviting

I can't say that I didn't like anything. Oh yeah easier and dryer cuz use a bit if an upgrade. They really didn't wash our small load we had.

They had washers and dryer‘s for complementary use which was nice not having to pay in order to do my laundry. You also have the laundry room to yourself because of Covid and they only allow one person in at a time so they were scheduling people in advance which was nice also. They were supposed to get new washers and dryer‘s this year at some point.

The property was clean for the most part. My room had some splatter on the wall down low, but it wasn’t noticeable until I dropped something and it went under the bed, which I then had to get down on my hands and knees. As I got back on my feet I noticed the splatter on the wall. I’m a clean freak as well so I have higher expectations than others. The dryers and washers were not clean on the outside as for the lint traps those definitely had not been thoroughly cleaned out in a while.
