Comfort Inn & Suites Rocklin

very comfortable rooms! the most comfortable bed I have ever encountered at a hotel. rooms are spacious as well.

no water in the rooms. also, the fire alarm went off and people were evacuating (it was about 9:30pm). when the all clear was given, front desk seemed surprised by the guests’ response of exiting the building and said they had another false alarm earlier in the day as well. seemed it would have then been prudent to inform guests as they were exiting the building rather than seeming surprised. needless to say, sleep was hard to come by after that experience and the possibility that it may go off again in the night.

for one thing, they didnt have to charge us the extra 250.00 for smoking in the room, because we did not smoke in the room. i feel like they set us up for the money. they said ther wer ashes on the desk and they took pictures. they were going to email the pictures but never did. please send them to me. i will get my lawyer and go to claims court if nothing is done. you go to have a good time and end up getting cheated by the staff. we know the no smoking in california and abide by the rules.

It wasn’t the best bed or best view or best location I’ve ever had (tho those were all fine), but it WAS the best stay in years because of the front desk staff. You weren’t treated by some people putting on airs or doing the whole “Yes sir, thank you madam” front desk clone thing. Instead you were treated like an old friend they were happy to see and while they bent over backwards you really just wanted to stay and chat with them. Chat messages through booking.com were answered quickly (especially by Zack at night) and front desk requests were handled with a sly smirk where they blended with my personality easily, while then promptly treating the put-out older gentleman with the respect he deserved.

Honestly it was fine.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff are professional yet personable and kind. They have laundry facilities for guests. Breakfast is great. Rooms are spotless and big. Everything is clean. It's my favorite hotel in Rocklin.

I didn't like that it's next to Surestay by Best Western hotel. But as long as the staff at Comfort Inn never get a rude as the staff at surestay, and as long as the hotel doesn't get as disgustingly filthy as the hotel is at surestay, then it will be all right.

We we're upgraded for FREE because our original room wasn't available. The room was exceptionally clean with lots of space including a king bed, couch and coffee table. We really enjoyed the separate washroom from the bathroom! Lots of lighting and a full length mirror for all of our vanity needs lol.

The elevator has an odor, like a wet dog with a twist of B.O. and the hallways to the room are very hot and humid, but once your in your room it's perfect.

hotel was very clean and the location was great. It is close to everything. Shopping, movie theater and places to eat close by. The breakfast is good and hot food. staff is friendly.

bed was too hard for me but probably fine for other people. Bedding is nice.

Did have better water pressure then at some places we have stayed at. Glad they had elevators to use and place seemed clean. Nice large lobby so was able to social distance while getting breakfast. Parking lot had plenty of space and liked there was good options available close by for food. I really like they are pet friendly, that's the number one reason we stayed the night.

I didnt like that the bed had us feeling like our heads were down hill all night. The room other wise was good. Their stock was low on snacks so had to walk to the nearest store. So a little inconvenience for my hurting feet. Wanted a room down stairs, didnt get one but thankfully they had an elevator so was ok with that. Over all it was ok for us.

Friendly staff, nice rooms with a seating area. Great location with restaurants and shops only a few steps away. Free continental breakfast and fitness center.

Unfortunately, by the time we went down for breakfast (9a.m.) they already ran out of eggs and bacon. They did not refill the breakfast bar. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

The most friendly,and amazing staff I have ever met. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Probably the best I have ever stayed at .

There was nothing I didn't like.

Didn't wake up for breakfast. Quiet. Room was cool. Microwave and fridge were 😎. Beds were clean and room was as well. Overall a great experience..

Improvement:. MLB games. No sports on Tv. Fail in my book. Pillows too small and way to soft. Parking. Crowded and tight. Ac unit instructions would be nice. Save 10 min of sweat and time . Just put note that unit has been modified to work with wall thermostat.
